We are delighted to announce that the Alumni Association of EFC and FRS has become a partner of the Club Alpbach Poland Scholarship Program 2026.

The Alumni Association of EFC and FRS brings together graduates of scholarship programmes (including “Horyzonty”) run by the Educational Foundation of Prof. Roman Czernecki (EFC) and the Starak Family Foundation (FRS).

We see this as a strong and natural fit, connecting two active communities committed to supporting young talent and strengthening ties within the broader educational ecosystem in Poland.

Stowarzyszenie zrzesza absolwentów programów stypendialnych (w tym „Horyzonty”) realizowanych przez Edukacyjna Fundacja im. Romana Czerneckiego .efc (EFC) oraz Fundację Rodziny Staraków

Great to take part in the International Congress of Polish Student Societies in Milan as an expert partner.

We moderated a discussion on what studying abroad gives young people - and why it matters from a systemic perspective for Poland that talent returns home with new experience, skills, and networks.

We also joined a panel on Industrial Policy, discussing how to balance industrial ambitions with the green transformation in Poland and across Europe.

We ran a workshop for students on how to become a Scholar of Club Alpbach Poland.

Thank you for the inspiring conversations & congratulations to the organizers. Hope to see you at the next congress.
