IPWF (India Poland Women Federation) is the first Women organization in Poland that consists of Indian and Polish women. The aim of the federation is to unite Polish women with Indian women and to empower the strength of its unity. Our main aim is to promote bilateral relations through culture and business. Mission:
Our mission is to build communities of girls, women and leaders so that together we can put an end to social and systemic inequalities for women and girls in the society. Vision:
We have seen many women and girls give up on their dreams because we still live in a world where we are constantly being told what we should or shouldn't do. The Women's Association was created because we believe that it is our duty to make sure that women and girls have the resources, opportunities and infrastructure needed to dream freely and make their dreams a reality. Along with the President of IPWF, Vice-presidents, General Secretary and Treasurer, our federation is made up of Polish representative, a legal advisor, an accountant, Community heads who represent different Indian communities, and city representatives of 10 major cities of Poland. Some of these women are already a member of other association or foundations. Moreover, the whole team is backed up by honorable founder members who are female politicians, female business tycoons, and celebrities to name a few. Hope:
