🎉 New partnership alert! 42 Warsaw x Sailes - it's official!
We're happy to greet new partner on board!

Sailes is a tech company specializing in intelligent sales systems - combining CRM implementations, process automation, and their proprietary AI solution, CallOS, which automatically documents sales conversations and syncs data across systems. Their mission? Help companies scale sales without proportionally scaling headcount.

Last week we also kicked things off with action. 🚀

Tomasz Kowcun (Co-founder & Head of Growth at Sailes) led a live 90-minute workshop for our students and Pisciners on something the tech world rarely teaches: how to work with non-technical clients and deliver real business value - not just working code.

➡️From discovery call frameworks to translating tech into business language, our students walked away with practical tools they can use this week.

At 42 Warsaw, we believe great developers aren't just great coders: ➡️ they should understand the full business picture and have the soft skills that make the teams and clients actually want to keep working with them.

There’s no Piscine without Space Eagles!

They’re current 42 Warsaw students who support applicants through 4 intensive weeks of coding on campus.
When asked why they do it, nobody said: ❌ “For my CV” ❌ “Because I have to” ❌ “For the money”

Here’s what actually brought them back:
✅ “I know how it feels to be stuck and need help.”
✅ “I want to help Pisciners reduce the stress.”
✅ “I want to show people what 42 is really capable of.”

The 6th edition of the 42 Warsaw Career Mentorship Programme has officially kicked off! 🚀

As you know, at 42 Warsaw, there are no teachers - students learn by doing, through peer-to-peer collaboration. But growth also means conversations with people who've already navigated the path you're on, made the hard calls, and built something along the way.
💥 That's exactly what our mentorship programme is about: intentionally shaping a career with someone who's already shaped theirs.

➡️ For the next 3 months, 14 mentors - engineers, founders, managers, and HR professionals - will work one-on-one with 15 carefully selected 42 Warsaw students, each with their own goals: building confidence, preparing for recruitment, launching a startup, or simply figuring out what kind of professional they want to become.

This is edition six (and counting!) - and every edition, like every partnership we shape, reminds us that the Polish tech and business community genuinely wants to invest in the next generation. ✨

To every mentor joining us this time around: thank you. 🙌🏻 Your time is your most valuable resource, and you're choosing to spend a piece of it on someone who's just getting started. That matters more than you know - not just to the mentees, but to the entire 42 Warsaw community, and to the future of the tech ecosystem you're helping to shape.
