Mission Accomplished! IC-YEC Team Completes "Way to Fulfillment" in Poland 🇵🇱✨
We are delighted to share the incredible success of our participation in the international training course, “Way to Fulfillment,” hosted by our partners at FIRE – Fundacja Integracja Rozwój Edukacja in Poland!
From September 21st to 27th, our youth workers immersed themselves in a transformative week in Święta Katarzyna, focusing on holistic, creative, and nature-based development. The training successfully provided a much-needed space for slowing down, reconnecting, and deepening the essential skills required for impactful youth work.

The knowledge gained from this project is already being integrated into our programs. We are now equipped with enhanced methodologies to:
- Communication: Our team has significantly sharpened its skills in non-violent communicationand active listening, enabling us to build stronger, more empathetic connections within our community.
- Empowerment: We have learned how to seamlessly combine mindfulness, embodiment, and expressive arts to foster greater self-awareness and emotional intelligence in the young people we serve.
- Strengthen Inclusion: We gained invaluable creative and practical tools for creating safe, reflective spaces for sharing, particularly prioritizing youth facing social, economic, or geographical disadvantages.
This project was a testament to the power of international cooperation, bringing together dedicated partners from eight countries (Poland, Spain, Estonia, the Netherlands, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Malta, and Armenia). We are proud to have contributed to this exchange of good practices and are excited to implement the "Way to Fulfillment" principles in our upcoming initiatives!
