E4Y is an NGO supporting development of young people in Lesser Poland region in various ways. The mission of our organization is that all young people in our region have conditions and opportunities for education, development, participation in public life and thus create a healthy and democratic civil society at levels from local to European. Our motto is "we support young people". All because we believe access to educational offer, opportunities for youth and participation in public life belong to all young people. Next to this is what we support the social and systemic environment so that the conditions for the development, education and participation of young people are favorable, recognized the effects of non-formal education and work with youth, and work with youth was based on youth politicians. Europe4Youth's vision is a European civil society based on the conscious participation of young people people in political, social and cultural life from the local to the European level. It's a society where young people have the right, resources, space, competence, opportunity and support to participate in decision making in matters that concern them. That is why we support young people in social activities, self-realization and influencing public affairs in a spirit of agency and partnership, as well as supporting the systemic and sectoral environment: employees, organizations and institutions working with youth, developing standards, tools and policies in this area. We operate at the local level: in Krakow and Rabka Zdrój, where we run youth information offices and a center educational and training; at the regional level: Małopolska, where we cooperate with schools and local government units territorial and youth councils; and at the European level through cooperation with international networks social partners and the implementation of international youth projects. We support young people in various dimensions:
- we provide European information for young people as well as support and consultations,
- we support young people in organizing youth exchanges and initiatives,
- we support people and organizations working with youth through training, seminars and building tools for working with young people,
- we participate in the development of youth policies at local to European levels,
- we strengthen the tools and structures of youth participation.
