The Environmental Group of Kessariani presented the Erasmus+ project “Eco Force” at their school in Greece. During the meeting, participants introduced the main goals of the project, the activities carried out in cooperation with international partners, and the results of the joint work of students and teachers. The “Eco Force” project focuses on environmental education, promoting eco-friendly attitudes, and raising awareness about climate protection and sustainable lifestyles. Students had the opportunity to share their experiences, present local initiatives, and talk about the benefits of participating in international Erasmus+ projects. We would like to thank all participants for their active involvement and for working together towards a greener future! Project funded by the European Union.

We have just completed the international youth exchange project “Eco Force.” We would like to sincerely thank the young people from Poland, Bulgaria, and Greece for their commitment, active participation, and passion for creatively promoting ecology. Soon, we will publish a video recording of the ecological happening that took place in the center of Zakopane, as well as two films—a report covering the entire project and a collection of interviews with the participants. In the meantime, we invite you to watch coverage from the Youthpass ceremony, which marked the culmination of the daily reflections recorded in the Youthpass journals. Bulgarian Culture Night 🇧🇬✨ Tonight, we had the amazing opportunity to experience the beauty of Bulgarian traditions during our Eco Force Erasmus+ project. The evening was full of energy, colors, and unforgettable moments! We discovered traditional Bulgarian dances, known for their lively rhythms and unique steps. Dancing in a circle and holding hands, we felt a strong sense of unity and joy. The music was dynamic and expressive, making it impossible to stand still! 💃🕺 Of course, no culture night is complete without food! We tasted delicious Bulgarian cuisine – fresh salads, flavorful dishes, and traditional specialties that perfectly reflect the country’s rich culinary heritage. Every bite was a new experience! 🍲🥗 It was an evening full of culture, connection, and fun. Polish Culture Night at our Erasmus+ project Eco Force 🇵🇱✨
During our Polish evening, we had the opportunity to dive into the rich culture and traditions of Poland. Participants presented traditional folk dances, full of color, rhythm, and regional character. 💃🕺 We also explored some of the most famous Polish figures, discovering their achievements and impact on history and culture. In addition, we took a virtual journey through Poland’s most beautiful cities, learning more about their unique charm and heritage. To make things even more fun, we challenged ourselves with Polish tongue twisters – not easy at all, but definitely a lot of laughter! 😄

Greek Culture Night at our Erasmus+ project Eco Force 🇬🇷✨
Tonight we had the pleasure of experiencing a beautiful evening dedicated to Greek culture. Students from a music school in Greece amazed us with traditional Greek dances, full of energy, rhythm, and passion. 💃🕺 They also shared some Greek sayings, giving us a glimpse into their language and way of thinking – simple words, but full of meaning and wisdom.
It was an inspiring and unforgettable cultural exchange that brought us all closer together. Thank you for sharing your traditions with us! 💙 The project was funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ programme

Thanks to activities that showcase the full spectrum of non-formal education methods, we influence the creativity, spontaneity, and openness of participants. During our activities in the “Eco Force” exchange, through non-formal education methods, we learn about various social and civic initiatives aimed at protecting the environment. We are strongly motivated to work creatively and innovatively in an international group. The mission of our project is to create an opportunity for cultural exchange, where we collectively expand our knowledge of ecology and pro-environmental movements. We learn what the idea of combating smog involves through engaging workshops, where we explore the key aspects of this concept.
The competencies, knowledge, and skills we gain during the “Eco Force” exchange are as follows:
- creative social and civic development of youth through contact with peers in international groups,
- development of social and civic competencies in promoting pro-environmental attitudes and effective methods of implementing them in practice,
- development of competencies in integrating within international groups,
- practical learning of the English language,
- learning teamwork,
- expanding knowledge about ecology,
- active and real impact on increasing awareness in local communities regarding the fight against smog, climate change, and the tangible benefits of ecological transformation,
- learning about the culture and customs of partner countries participating in the project,
- broadening horizons through international contacts,
- developing talents through social initiatives,
- acquiring knowledge about alternative models of actions counteracting air pollution,
- expanding knowledge about methods of working towards climate neutrality,
- active reflection on the opportunities offered by recycling and actions aimed at waste reduction,

- joint work towards effective promotion of the European Climate Pact,
- promotion of effective actions to limit overproduction of waste through responsible consumption of food and everyday items,
- promotion of a lifestyle based on the Zero Waste idea.

As part of the international Erasmus project “Eco Force,” young people from Poland, Greece, and Bulgaria came together to expand their environmental knowledge and take action to protect the environment. It was a unique time of integration, exchange of experiences, and building ecological awareness in an international setting. One of the most interesting points of the program was a visit to a geothermal facility, where participants could see how renewable energy sources are used in practice. They learned about the principles of geothermal installations and discovered how important they are in reducing emissions and protecting the climate. This experience helped them better understand how modern technologies can support sustainable development. Another important stage was a visit to the Nowy Targ Forest District. Under the guidance of an experienced forester, participants had the opportunity to actively engage in environmental protection efforts by cleaning up a state forest. It was not only a practical lesson in responsibility for the environment, but also a moment of reflection on how everyday human choices affect the condition of our forests and entire ecosystems.
