ABOUT US
Non-governmental international organization “LOGOS” works in Ukraine since 2013. We started our NGO because we wanted to bring some positive changes to Ukrainian society and specifically to young people. Later we understood that by working closely with youngsters from different countries and by making common projects we can achieve much more. We are non-political and non-commercial organization. We do this through the implementation of local and international projects, exchanges, training courses, conferences, events, festivals, seminars and coaching. Through our history we participated in more than 30 international and local projects, involving and developing young people. Our values:

TOLERANCE
For us this term includes the equal treatment of all who are around us, regardless of nationality, religion, race, social, physical or other limitations. We involve in our projects people who have fewer opportunities than the other and implement projects which promote ideas of tolerance around the world. LEARNING AND DEVELOPING
Constant learning is an engine of progress. We have a great desire to learn. And we develop people around us. In terms of development of the society learning comes as an essential part of this process. We wish for every person to develop the ability to think independently and objectively as a result understanding what is happening around them. In the first place we focus on non-formal education, training courses, exchanges, seminars etc. FLEXIBILITY
We are being flexible when doing anything. We are open for new ideas and approaches, and when facing challenges we are always looking for solutions rather then for reasons why it happened. We create positive atmosphere around us, which influences our life and work. We think that enjoying what you do is important and do everything to be positive about our activities. IMPROVING SOCIETY
We feel ourselves as a part of the society we live in. It is of great importance for us to change and develop our society. Our activities develop our members and stakeholders, which bring positive changes later on.

On 26 September, we spent a wonderful afternoon together with young people, families and local residents during our Outdoor Community Event in Chludowo, organised as part of the Rural Horizons KA2 project.

The day was all about bringing the local community together through activity, creativity and fun. Participants could join football and badminton activities, team games, creative workshops, tote bag painting, board games and quizzes, while also learning more about the Rural Horizons project.

It was a great opportunity to spend time together, meet new people and strengthen connections between young people and other members of the local community. 💚

🌿 We are excited to officially start our Nature-Based Adult Education Project, which combines mental well-being, green skills, and outdoor learning.

Our Logos NGO team joined Highlights e.V. from Germany and GO CARO from Italy in Erlangen for our first partner meeting. We shared ideas, divided tasks, and planned our next steps.

Together, we’ll create a practical guide with simple activities for educators and NGO workers. The aim is to help adults learn through nature, feel better, and connect with others, including migrants and people who feel isolated.

From 14–21 September 2026, young people from Czechia, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Romania and Poland met in Skrzetuszewo, Poland for a youth exchange built around art, stories, culture and connection.
We cut things up, glued them back together, took photos, wrote random thoughts, shared traditions, swapped stories and somehow turned all of that into zines.

The best part? It was never really about making something polished or “perfect”. It was about trying things out, expressing yourself, hearing how other people see the world and creating something together.

There was a lot of paper, a lot of glue, a lot of conversations, some beautiful mess, and plenty of moments that probably made more sense at 11 pm than they did the next morning 😄

Thank you to everyone who brought their ideas, humour, stories and energy into Cut, Paste, Connect 💜

✔ ️Equip youth workers to activate marginalised young people as agents of democratic participation through peer education

✔ Develop skills in peer training, experiential learning, and diversity education – building self-awareness, communication, leadership, facilitation, and project management
