Kim jest studencki rzecznik zaufania i z czym można do niego się zwrócić?
🔹 Kim jest?
To osoba, która pomaga studentom w sprawach spornych i konfliktach, w których stronami są studenci. Rzecznik nie ocenia i nie staje po żadnej ze stron – jego rolą jest pomoc w rozmowie i znalezieniu rozwiązania.
🔹 Z czym możesz się zgłosić?
👉 konflikty między studentami
👉 problemy z komunikacją
👉 sytuacje wymagające mediacji
👉 trudne sprawy, w których chcesz bezpiecznie porozmawiać i poszukać porozumienia
🔹 Jak działa Studencki Rzecznik Zaufania?
Rzecznik pomaga:
👉 w lepszej komunikacji między stronami
👉 w określeniu, o co tak naprawdę chodzi w sporze
👉 w dojściu do wspólnego rozwiązania

Who is the Student Trust Officer and what issues can you turn to them with?
The Student Trust Officer
🔹 Who is it?
This is a person who supports students in disputed matters and conflicts in which students are the parties involved. The Officer does not judge and does not take sides — their role is to facilitate conversation and help find a solution.
🔹 What can you reach out about?
👉 conflicts between students
👉 communication problems
👉 situations requiring mediation
👉 difficult issues where you want to talk safely and seek mutual understanding
🔹 How does the Student Trust Officer work?
The Officer helps:
👉 improve communication between parties
👉 identify the real issues at the heart of the conflict
👉 reach a joint agreement
They always act in accordance with the principles of:
✅ confidentiality
✅ impartiality
✅ neutrality
✅ voluntariness
