🌳 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦. With almost 100 attendees, it was a proper Hangout No. 42 & Summer Jam Warmup.

To set the tone for the evening, our guest - 𝐈𝐳𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐆𝐨́𝐫𝐬𝐤𝐚 - explored how a startup can grow beyond borders during a conversation with 𝐉𝐚𝐤𝐮𝐛 𝐏𝐚𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐬𝐤𝐢, CEO of LiveKid. Kuba also shared valuable lessons from his journey as a founder, including a few honest insights on what not to do when building a startup.

But as always, the real value of Hangout wasn't only on stage. It was in the conversations over a drink, the new introductions, familiar faces reconnecting, and the ideas exchanged between founders, specialists and ecosystem builders.

After running 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭 initiative for the past 6 months, we decided to open the space for conversations live. Organizing Talent Connect – Building Careers in Startups was a great move.

Over the past months, we've observed several clear trends:

💡 The labour market in the BPO sector remains unstable, reinforcing the importance of 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐩𝐬.

💡 Many startup organizations 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐞 despite market challenges. We're proud to see so many of you expanding your teams.
