Youth On Stage

Reaching for the competences and experience of the Partners, we decided to jointly create tools that will respond to the need for a more inclusive social inclusion of young people by facilitating the start of the labor market. In order to understand real needs, we conducted interviews with youth workers from both partner organizations and locally working with youth in Poland (ICEDU, OTW, DRONI, Centrum Integracji Społecznej in Kielce, School Complex of Salesian Sisters in Suwałki). The most important needs in the soft area were developing the sense of agency, self-presentation skills, resistance to stress during job interviews, and motivation to act.

Together with Partners we decided that the central product of the project will be events containing among others, interactive performances, directed to young people, employees of youth experts. An additional product will be a multimedia recording of the performance (along with instructions) that will allow other educators to multiply and organize similar educational activities in an unlimited way.

The project initial objectives are:


  • Increasing the opportunities of young people, with particular emphasis on disadvantaged people, on social inclusion and bringing them closer to the labor market.
