🇪🇺❤️ Ważny krok dla edukacji w zakresie resuscytacji w Europie!
16 września Parlament Europejski przyjął raport dotyczący strategii UE w zakresie chorób sercowo-naczyniowych. Wśród wskazanych kierunków znalazły się:
👉 szerszy dostęp do edukacji w zakresie RKO,
👉 szkolenia z RKO w szkołach i miejscach pracy,

🇪🇺❤️ Important news for the European resuscitation community.
On 16 September, the European Parliament adopted its report on an EU cardiovascular disease strategy.
And there is a very important message for all of us:
👉 wider access to CPR awareness programmes
👉 mandatory CPR training in schools and workplaces
For ERC, this has a special meaning.
Improving preparedness for cardiac arrest in the workplace has been one of the key priorities of AWARE — the Alliance for Workplace Awareness and Response to Emergencies — a coalition led by the European Resuscitation Council together with its partners.
AWARE has been advocating for more CPR training and greater access to AEDs in workplaces across Europe.
In January 2025, we brought this message directly to the European Parliament.
Seeing workplace CPR preparedness now recognised within the European Parliament’s cardiovascular strategy is an important milestone.
There is still much work to do.
But every step that helps more people learn CPR, access an AED and feel ready to act brings us closer to a Europe of lifesavers.
Together, we can strengthen the Chain of Survival across Europe. 💙
