The theme of this year’s world environment day is to "End Plastic Pollution Globally".

The Embassy of India will hold a Consular Camp for Indian nationals and Overseas Indians residing in Southern Poland on Saturday 11 January 2025 in Krakow. The Camp will be organized at the Małopolski Urząd Wojewódzki, Basztowa 22, 31-156 Kraków in coordination with the Honorary Consulate General of India in Krakow.

2. Consular officials of the Embassy will accept applications for renewal of passports, Police Clearance Certificates, Life certificates (for pensioners), Miscellaneous Consular services and OCI applications at the Consular Camp. Applications for registration of new born babies and their passport applications will also be accepted subject to completion of all documentary requirements. Indians and Pravasis are requested to visit the Consular Services page of the website of the Embassy of India and make themselves familiar with the instructions concerning submission of consular and passport applications.

3. All those interested to attend the Consular Camp in Krakow may register themselves by sending an email to [email protected] with a copy to [email protected]; with the following details:-

Full Name (as per passport), Passport No., Type of Passport Service/Consular Service sought, Contact mobile no., Email address.

Registration is necessary for attending the Consular Camp so that consular applications may be accepted in a smooth manner. Please note that incomplete applications without requisite supporting documents may not be accepted by the Embassy officials.

Dear Members of the Poland Kannadigaru Association,

We are excited to share that the 5th Bharat Ko Janiye Quiz has been officially launched by India’s External Affairs Minister, Dr. S. Jaishankar. This unique quiz, organized by the Government of India, invites Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and Persons of Indian Origin/Foreign Nationals aged 14 to 50 years to deepen their knowledge about India’s rich history, vibrant culture, and growth journey. The quiz is also open to Polish nationals and other foreign friends interested in learning more about India.
