Jesteśmy dumni, że po ostatnim Kongresie i dzięki zaangażowaniu polskiej społeczności EGEA możemy być świadkami tworzenia się nowej jednostki w położonym w krainie (dwóch) tysięcy jezior Olsztynie.

We are so proud that after the last Eastern Regional Congress and the involvement of the Polish EGEA community, we can see how a new entity is being created in Olsztyn, located in the land of (two) thousand lakes.

EGEA Katowice are opening registration for the EGEA on World Urban Forum event tomorrow, get ready!
What is WUF11? 🤔
World Urban Forum is the world's largest and most important cyclical event dedicated to urban development. The Eleventh Session of the World Urban Forum 11 (WUF11) will take place at the International Congress Centre in Katowice on 26-30 June 2022. For five days the heart of Upper Silesia will become the capital of all cities in the world🌇🌆🏙🌃
The theme of WUF11 is Transforming our cities for a better urban future. It is meant to be an invitation to discuss the latest trends that are changing our cities💡

🛶 Kayaking along the Krutynia river - one of the most popular routes in Poland
🦌 Visiting the research station of parasitology where we will find animals such deers
🏘 Visiting a charming city-Pisz and taking part in a boat trip across Roś lake
⛵️ Sailing across the beautiful Masurian lake- Bełdany
🚴🏻‍♀️ Cycling across the beautiful landscapes of Mazury

⛵️Learning about the impact of water tourism on the environment during the lake cruise!
🛕Discovering cultural heritage of the region by exploring nearby towns!
🐌 Exploring the concept of the cities belonging to the Cittaslow network by meeting local traditions and products!
🚣‍♀️ Discovering physical aspect of masurian lakes from the deck of a boat or canoe!
🌱 Getting to know edible plants and herbs in practice by preparing our own products!
