I am pleased to join the 𝐅𝐔𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄 𝐌𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞.

This initiative brings together experience, knowledge and international perspectives around questions that will increasingly shape our societies: 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲, 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡, 𝐜𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

For me, the future cannot be built by technology alone.

It also requires 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭, 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and partnerships capable of transforming ideas into practical action.

Within the Advisory Committee, I will contribute my experience in 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐝𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐲, 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐜𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐮𝐞 and 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬, as well as the international perspective developed through 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐬 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 — 𝐂𝐒𝐍𝐍 and 𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 — 𝐄𝐒𝐈.

I see this as another opportunity to connect people, institutions, experts and communities around projects that can generate measurable and useful outcomes.

Civil Society News Network (CSNN) is preparing to launch CSNN Pan African — a regional platform within the global CSNN network, designed to strengthen African perspectives in international public-interest journalism.

The initiative will focus on developing editorial cooperation, connecting journalists and civil society organisations, and bringing regional knowledge into wider international dialogue.

As part of these preparations, CSNN is nominating:

His role will focus on coordinating the development of the platform, building its contributor network and supporting cooperation across the continent.

Development will proceed in stages, guided by local knowledge, responsible journalism and cooperation with journalists, correspondents and partners in the respective regions.

Współpraca społeczna zaczyna się od ludzi, którzy są gotowi zamieniać doświadczenie, odpowiedzialność i zaangażowanie w konkretne działania.

21 września 2026 r. w Kielcach miałem przyjemność wręczyć Jerzemu Mrozowi Certyfikat Uznania Civil Society News Network — CSNN.

Wyróżnienie zostało przyznane za zaangażowanie obywatelskie, odpowiedzialność społeczną oraz działalność na rzecz dialogu, współpracy i rozwoju społeczności lokalnych.

Spotkanie było jednak czymś więcej niż samym momentem wręczenia certyfikatu. Rozmawialiśmy o przyszłej współpracy z CSNN oraz Fundacją Equal Society International, szczególnie w zakresie edukacji społecznej i rozwijanej przez ESI inicjatywy „Stop przemocy”.

Jerzy Mróz wnosi do tej współpracy doświadczenie samorządowe, znajomość problemów społecznych oraz gotowość do aktywnego udziału w spotkaniach, konferencjach, publikacjach i budowaniu partnerstw wspierających działania społeczne.

Dla mnie szczególnie istotne jest, aby CSNN i ESI nie ograniczały swojej działalności wyłącznie do komunikowania problemów. Naszą rolą jest również tworzenie przestrzeni, w której media, edukacja, społeczeństwo obywatelskie i odpowiedzialni partnerzy mogą wspólnie budować rozwiązania.

To właśnie w tym kierunku chcemy rozwijać dalszą współpracę.
