W dniu 7 października 2011 roku, przedstawiciele krajowych federacji bilardowch z Polski, Ukrainy, Rosji, Estonii i Słowacji ustanowili Europejską Radę Bilardową. Celem EBC jest wzajemna wymiana doświadczeń, organizacja imprez sportowych, a co za tym idzie aktywizacja sportów bilardowych w 21 krajach: w Polsce , Estonii, Rosji , Ukrainie, Litwie , Łotwie, Białorusi , Słowacji, Czechach , na Węgr

What a final! What a thriller! The Dynamic Billard Best of the East tournament in Slovakia ends with absolute drama on the final black!💥🎱

In a breathtaking championship match, the home crowd favorite Jaroslav Polach 🇸🇰 defeated Petr Urban 🇨🇿 7-6 in a hill-hill decider! Both players put on a phenomenal show at the Lavos Club, but the trophy stays in Bratislava👑🏆

Huge congratulations to Jaroslav on a spectacular victory, and to Petr for a fantastic battle until the very last shot!👏

Hosted at Billiard Club LAVOS, this open event features professional play on 10 Dynamic tables, starting with a Round Robin group stage on Saturday followed by a single-elimination bracket on Sunday☺️

With the final and award ceremony set for Sunday evening at 18:00, it’s going to be an intense weekend of elite 9-ball action‼️‼️‼️
