✨ International Education & Cultural Exchange ✨

The Talk & Help online lesson brought together learners from Outerring Schools, Nairobi (Kenya) and their peers from Enchanted Planet Primary School, Kraków (Poland), organized by teacher Paulina Tochowicz

During the session, students shared insights about what school life looks like in their countries — from a typical day’s routine to the subjects they study and the appearance of their school environments. They also celebrated their cultures by singing traditional songs from Kenya and Poland.

It was a truly lovely and enriching experience, strengthening bonds of friendship and understanding across borders. 🌍💫

A cross-continental exchange programme between learners from Primary School No. 1 Gniew in Poland, organized by teacher Asia Balbusa, and learners from Outering schools Kenya .

Third Session of Talk and Help – Uganda and Poland 🇺🇬🇵🇱

The third session of the Talk and Help Programme in Uganda was held with learners from Primary School Publizna SzKola Podstawowa nr 30 w Opolu , Poland, facilitated by teacher Katarzna Sawicka and Mulinda Robert.

The session was vibrant, interesting, and full of excitement for both the Polish and Ugandan learners. It brought together pupils and teacher from Poland and Uganda . Student from Poland presented Poland Anthem song and later they also presented the pictures of different species of animals, mountains, birds, valleys etc .

Learners from Poland also presented the nature of foot ball stadiums and best football players in Poland. There was also presentation on the different kind of food, snacks and drinks consumed in and during Christmas periods.

This interactive session aimed to foster cross-cultural understanding, promote teamwork, and encourage learners to participate , explore and learning new things from partner countries— a true reflection of the spirit of the Talk and Help initiative.

Second Session – Talk$ Help Uganda

The Second session of Talk$ Help in Uganda was insightful and engaging between learners from Publizna Szkola Podstawowa nr 30 w Opolu in Poland and St Josephin Primary School in Uganda, organised by Teacher Katarzna Sawicka and Mulinda Robert.

The session focused on learners understanding and sharing information on Uganda symbolic features forexample flags, Equator, animals, and New bridge . Learners from Uganda presented pictures of crested crane, giraffe, New bridge, market streets and other objects . Key emphasis was how important Uganda features like Equator, flag and New bridge to young people and how it helps them to explore and understand biography of Uganda.

Overall, the session was insightful and inspiring, fostering cross-cultural understanding and strengthening educational collaboration between learners from Poland and Uganda.

A warm and exciting online exchange took place between students from Olympians Primary School in Niedomice, Poland and their peers from Highway Education Centre, Nairobi, Kenya. The session was beautifully organized by Teacher Małgorzata Luszowska-Pudełko through the Talk and Help programme, an inspiring initiative under Goodnetwork, which connects young minds across continents.

The theme of the day was “Culture and Christmas Celebrations" and the students shared about their diverse cultures. Laughter and curiosity filled the session as they discovered how much cultures from both countries and how each celebrates Christmas

As the session came to an end, both groups waved goodbye with bright smiles and open hearts. What began as a simple introduction became a bridge of friendship—a reminder that the world becomes smaller and kinder when children learn, talk, and help together. 🌍

Sixth Session of Talk and Help – Uganda and Poland 🇺🇬🇵🇱

The Sixth session of the Talk and Help Programme in Uganda was held with learners from Primary School No. 1 in Koluszki, Poland, facilitated by teacher Anna Spała and Mulinda Robert

The session was very educative, attractive and informative for both the Polish and Ugandan learners. It brought together different classes, pupils of Year 4 from Poland who presented a patriotic songs and poem about a little pole W. Beizy and other important information about Poland as a country.Students from St Josephin Primary School in Uganda presented the key things that symbolize Uganda features like a crested crane , flag , Equator, animals and other symbols. During the session both students were able to understand the weather conditions forexample in Koluszki Poland now it has snow and Uganda dry and rainy seasons. This is significantly for making learners to understand the key information about geography of Poland and Uganda, enhancing their understanding and exploring.

The meeting between the girls from Ramunde Twaweza, Doyaya – Kenya, and students of Henryk Sienkiewicz First General Secondary School in Koluszki organised by teacher Katarzyna Gierach was filled with learning, discovery, and genuine excitement.

As part of the Goodnetwork Education Exchange Program – “Talk & Help”, the session allowed the learners to share rich descriptions of their cities, cultural identities, and national heritage. From Kenyan traditions to Polish historical landmarks, the discussion opened a window into two different worlds connected by curiosity, empathy, and global friendship.

The exchange gave the girls a chance to ask questions, compare experiences, and understand how education, history, and community shape young people in both countries. It was a true demonstration of how dialogue can inspire and how small connections can grow into meaningful global cooperation.
