🌍✨ Youth Goals in Action – coming this August!

In August, My Future youth leaders will join youth leaders from Portugal EduPlus - European Centre for Education and Skills Development, Lda 🇵🇱🇵🇹 for an international training course focused on improving the quality, inclusiveness and impact of youth work.

During Youth Goals in Action, participants will:

🎯 Explore the 11 European Youth Goals
🛠️ Learn how to use them in practical youth activities and future projects
🧠 Improve their knowledge of mental health and well-being
🔥 Learn how to recognise stress and burnout
🌈 Better support young people with ADHD and other diverse needs
🛑 Practise setting healthy boundaries
🤝 Understand when professional support may be needed

Participants will also take part in a Youth Project Hackathon 💡, where they will work in international teams to create realistic project ideas responding to the needs of young people.

We are looking forward to learning together, exchanging experiences and turning the European Youth Goals into real action! 🚀💙

Where would you use a game built around meaningful conversations? 🤔

At home with your family? 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
During a workshop? 🎓
At school? 🏫
Or maybe at an international youth exchange? 🌍

One of the things we love most about Generation Talks is that there isn't just one right answer.

The game was designed to be flexible enough to fit many different settings - from family gatherings and classrooms to training sessions, community events and educational workshops. Wherever people are willing to talk and listen, the cards can become a starting point for meaningful conversations 💬

This time we'd like to introduce another category from the game: Opinions 💭

These questions encourage participants to exchange perspectives, reflect on their values and discover that there doesn't always have to be one "right" answer.

Here are a few examples:
✨ "What is something that you feel everyone should try at least once in their lifetime?"
😊 "How do you define happiness?"
💪 "What is more important: talent or hard work?"

Sometimes the most interesting part isn't finding the answer - it's discovering how differently people see the very same question 🤝

✨ Day #10 of Secure Your Future — goals, reflection and Tropical Paradise!

After breakfast — and after the energy of our evening party — we started our last day with a powerful workshop about setting goals and putting them into action, led by Adam Prygiel, who supports My Future as an upcoming psychologist. 🎯🧠

It was a very important step to close our 10-day journey. After so many workshops, company visits, teamwork activities, challenges and international experiences, we stopped for a moment and asked ourselves:

👉 What am I going to do with all of this knowledge gained?
👉 What action can I take in one week?
👉 What can I change in one month?
👉 Where do I want to be in one year?

Because learning becomes real when we turn it into action. 💡🚀

Thank you, Adam, for inspiring our young participants and helping them look at their future with more clarity, confidence and motivation. We truly hope these ideas will not stay only on paper — but will become real steps forward. 🌱

After the workshop, we continued with a reflection session. Together, we went day by day through the whole mobility to understand what we learned, what surprised us, what challenged us and what skills we developed. All this gained knowledge and experience will now be included in our Youthpass certificates. 📜✨

And in the evening… it was time to celebrate! 🎉
Our final party took us straight to Tropical Paradise — full of colours, music, joy and the amazing energy of our international team. 🌺🌴💛

What a beautiful way to finish 10 days of learning, friendship and building the future together.

all those amazing people left today morning... 🥲 and we look at the photos and think about all the days together...

🎤✨ on wednesday was the last day in Radom for our international Secure Your Future team — and what a powerful ending it was!

After Tuesday’s company visit to Trend Glass, our participants worked in international teams on a real business case. On Wednesday, it was time to present their solutions! 🌍💡

Each team had a chance to show their ideas, explain their thinking process and answer questions from the jury. The presentations were listened to by Adriana Mrówczyńska, CSR/ESG Manager at Trend Glass, together with Natalia from My Future, who provided feedback to the teams. 👏

It was inspiring to see how young people from different countries combined creativity, teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills to respond to a real business challenge. This is exactly what learning by doing looks like — not only talking about the future of work, but actually practising the skills needed in it. 🚀

Congratulations to the winning team for their creative solution and strong presentation! 🏆✨

And a big well done to all teams — every group brought something valuable, fresh and thoughtful to the table.

The day was also a moment to sum up our mobility, reflect on everything we experienced together and celebrate the learning journey with certificates. 📜🤝

Thank you to everyone who made this international experience so full of energy, courage and ideas. Secure Your Future showed us once again that the future is built by people who are ready to learn, cooperate and take action. 🌱🌍

🏭✨ What does the future of work look like in a real international company?

On Tuesday, as part of Secure Your Future, our participants visited Trend Glass — one of the leading glassware manufacturers based in Radom, producing millions of glass pieces weekly and reaching markets across 6 continents. 🌍

We were warmly welcomed by Adriana Mrówczyńska, CSR/ESG Manager, who introduced us to the world of business, responsibility and sustainability.

But what does a person in such a role actually do? 🤔
A CSR/ESG Manager helps a company think not only about profit, but also about people, the planet and long-term impact. This means working on topics such as environmental responsibility, reducing emissions, ethical business practices, cooperation with local communities, employee wellbeing and making sure that the company grows in a conscious and responsible way. 🌱🤝

During the visit, we learned that modern business is not only about producing and selling products. It is also about innovation, quality, design, sustainability and social responsibility. Participants discovered how Trend Glass combines craftsmanship, technology, automation, design trends and eco-conscious solutions — from recyclable glass and responsible raw materials to decarbonisation goals and local community initiatives. 💡♻️

And then… it was time for action! 🚀

At the end of the visit, our participants received a real business case. Working in international teams, they had to analyse the challenge, exchange ideas and come up with their own solutions.

The next day, they presented their concepts in front of a jury — using teamwork, creativity, critical thinking and presentation skills. 🎤🌍

This is exactly what Secure Your Future is about: learning by doing, meeting professionals, discovering real career paths and building skills that matter in the future labour market.

A huge thank you to Trend Glass and Adriana Mrówczyńska for welcoming us and showing young people that responsible business can be innovative, local and global at the same time. 🙌

🇷🇴✨ An evening full of Romanian culture, traditions, and unforgettable moments! 💙💛❤️

One of the highlights of our Secure Your Future Erasmus+ Youth Exchange was our Romanian Cultural Evening, prepared with so much passion and enthusiasm by our amazing participants from Romania! 🌍

Throughout the evening, we had the opportunity to discover more about Romania through an engaging presentation, test our knowledge in a fun quiz, and experience the country’s vibrant traditions through music, singing, and dancing. 🎶💃🎤

And of course… no Cultural Night would be complete without delicious food! 🍽️ Our Romanian team treated us to traditional flavours, giving everyone a chance to experience another part of their culture.

Cultural Nights are one of the most special moments of every Erasmus+ project. They remind us that while we may come from different countries and backgrounds, sharing our traditions, stories, and food brings us closer together and helps us build lasting friendships.

👏 A huge congratulations to our Romanian team! Thank you for your creativity, energy, and for sharing such a beautiful part of your culture with all of us. You did an amazing job! ❤️

Because every Cultural Night is another step towards understanding, respect, and celebrating the diversity that makes Europe so unique. 🌍💙

🌿💙 Taking care of our future also means taking care of our mental health.

On Monday, as part of our Secure Your Future Erasmus+ Youth Exchange, we had the pleasure of welcoming Jagoda from JASNO, who led an incredibly important workshop on mental health and coping with stress. 🧠✨

Together, we explored what stress really is, how it affects our minds and bodies, and how to recognise its different symptoms before it becomes overwhelming. Participants also discovered practical strategies for managing stress in everyday life and learned why looking after their mental wellbeing is just as important as developing professional skills.

One of the highlights of the workshop was taking a moment to slow down and practise breathing exercises, showing that even a few mindful minutes can help us regain focus and calm in challenging situations. 🌱💨

At Secure Your Future, we believe that preparing young people for the future is about much more than building a strong CV. It’s also about developing resilience, emotional awareness, and healthy habits that will support them throughout their lives and careers.

💙 Jagoda, thank you for creating such a warm, open, and safe space for meaningful conversations. Your workshop reminded us that asking for support, understanding our emotions, and taking care of our mental health are signs of strength—not weakness.

Because a secure future starts with a healthy mind. 🌍
