In today’s world, young people are navigating challenges like never before and the role of youth workers has never been more vital. To truly empower the next generation, we must go beyond traditional methods and create learning environments that build resilience, adaptability, and lifelong growth.
🚀 Our Growth Mindset: Building LIFECOMP Skills Together training course kicked off with youth workers from 7 partner organisations united by one mission: reimagining how we educate, inspire, and support young people.
On Day 1 we worked towards building meaningful connections, exploring personal learning experiences, and diving into growth mindset, learning agility, educational neuroscience, and personalised learning strategies.

From September 16–18, participants from Poland, Spain, and Iceland come together in Kópavogur to explore permaculture as a pathway to stronger, more resilient communities.

The sessions focused on emotional connection with nature and each other 🌿💚—the heart of the HOPE project.

HOPE – Harmony in actiOn by applying Permaculture principlEs – is co-funded by Erasmus+ and aims to empower adults through intergenerational learning and sustainable living.

Last week we had our first meeting of the Erasmus+ project TEENs here in Cieszyn! 🇵🇱
We started by introducing ourselves and getting to know each other better 🌍
Then came a sweet surprise — we had tea tasting 🍵 (a little spoiler for the upcoming Tea Festival 😉)
After that, we discussed how we can help promote Erasmus+ activities during the festival and shared creative ideas to engage more young people.
We also dove into the goals and mission of the TEENs project, aiming to empower youth participation and visibility across Europe! 💬🌿

Day 3 of the Study visit under HOPE project {Harmony in action by applying permaculture principles} we visited amazingly colorful (people, ideas, garden) in all its meanings .

It was an inspiring time learning by doing, listening, observing permaculture in action.

Day 2 of our HOPE project journey in Cieszyn, Poland! Today, we delved into the art of weaving at the Serfenta Association. It was incredible to see how this global craft aligns with local sustainability principles and permaculture ethics. From traditional techniques to hands-on experiences, we're weaving together knowledge for a greener future. 🌱💚
