World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts World Thinking Day 2026 – Our Friendship ☘🌍
Every year on February 22nd, Girl Guides and Girl Scouts around the world celebrate World Thinking Day — a moment to honour our global sisterhood, strengthen international friendships, and take action together for a better world. ✨
This year is especially meaningful: we celebrate 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ years of World Thinking Day and a whole century of friendship within WAGGGS. It is also an important milestone for us in Poland, as we mark 30 years since ZHP rejoined the international Guiding and Scouting family. ☘⚜
For a hundred years, World Thinking Day has been a bridge connecting girls and young people across cultures, borders, and languages. Today, we continue this tradition by building positive relationships, learning from one another, and celebrating the strength of our global community. 🌍
And now, we would love to celebrate together with you. 🤩
For the fifth time, we invite international units, groups, and troops to join our Friendship Linking Action — a chance for Polish and international groups to connect, exchange stories, learn about each other’s traditions, and celebrate the friendship that has carried us through the last century.
Let’s make this anniversary year a true celebration of unity, understanding, and the global Guiding and Scouting spirit🙌
