The Tamil Sangam Association of Poland was delighted to participate in the celebrations of the 12th International Day of Yoga held in Warsaw today.

The event was graced by Hon. Urszula Koszutska, Member of Parliament and Member of the India–Poland Parliamentary Group, as the Chief Guest. In her remarks, she highlighted the holistic benefits of Yoga for both mind and body.

H.E. Neeta Bhushan, Ambassador of India to Poland, emphasized the importance of Yoga in promoting mental, physical, and spiritual well-being, and its significant role in addressing contemporary challenges such as stress and lifestyle-related illnesses.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from Yoga practitioners, members of the diplomatic corps, and the Indian diaspora, reflecting the growing appreciation of Yoga as a way of life.

Tamil Sangam Association of Poland extends its appreciation to the Embassy of India in Poland for organizing this inspiring celebration and promoting the timeless message of health, harmony, and well-being through Yoga.

🖤 In Loving Memory: Padma Shri Bharathiraja (1941 – 2026) 🖤

The Tamil Sangam Association of Poland (TSAP) deeply mourns the passing of the legendary filmmaker and the Imayam of Tamil Cinema, Bharathiraja Sir.

The iconic voice that always greeted us with so much affection "என் இனிய தமிழ் மக்களே..." has fallen silent. However, his timeless stories, rustic realism, and monumental contribution to Tamil culture will live on forever in our hearts.

Our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and millions of fans worldwide.

Rest in Peace, Legend. 🕯️
