My project of a family residence combined with a private aviation space.
The concept presents an elegant classical-style residence, surrounded by a representative entrance gate, an illuminated fountain, and architecture reflecting prestige, security, and order. The central element of the project is the family home — a place of peace, stability, and independence.
On the right side, there is a small garage/hangar and a private aviation area with a Cirrus SR22T Turbo aircraft — a modern, luxurious, five-seat private airplane, known for its advanced safety systems, including the CAPS whole-airframe parachute system. A small private runway has also been designed nearby, symbolizing freedom, mobility, and independence.
The project also assumes a high level of security: a solid entrance gate, fencing, controlled access to the property, outdoor lighting, surveillance, perimeter protection, and a representative World Security Organization plaque at the entrance. Together, these elements create a private, secure, and elegant space.
The residence is also intended to serve as a place for receiving guests, meetings, conversations, and building relationships in an atmosphere of prestige, calm, and safety. In the future, the property may also become a space creating additional jobs, including positions such as gardener, auxiliary maintenance worker, sworn translator, accountant, a two-person cleaning service, and many others.
This is not just a building project — it is a vision of a place that combines a family home, prestige, security, technology, mobility, hospitality, new job opportunities, and the future.
