📣 Recruitment for the GirlDear Academy project!
✨We invite people aged 18-29 to participate in this international project. A group of young people from Poland, Germany, and Portugal will work together to create an international Young Women's Leadership Network and acquire skills with best-practicing leaders. 🇵🇱🇩🇪🇵🇹
There are limited places.
🗓️ The Project will be implemented from March 1, 2026, to February 29, 2028.
🙌 The Team of Young Women Leaders Coordinators is responsible for theimplementation of the Project:
Fundacja Centrum Inicjatyw na Rzecz Społeczeństwa (Poland) – Project Leader: Olga and Dominika
Centro de Vida Independente (Portugal) – Project Partner: Catarina and Iris
Muslimisches Jugendwerk (Germany) – Project Partner: Maftuna and Loubna
The Project Coordinator/Supervisor is Dr. Eliza Szadkowska, author of the Young Women's Leadership Academy program, President of the FCIS Foundation Management Board.
The project offers two forms of participation:
A. International Mobility Cycle Programme of the Young Women’s Leadership
B. National Meetings Programme of the Young Women’s Leadership Academy
