Ha vállalkozása a szociális gazdaság területén működik Észak-Magyarország régióban, most lehetősége nyílik arra, hogy térítésmentesen vegyen részt egy személyre szabott kapacitásfejlesztési programban, amely az alábbiakat foglalja magában:

🌱 What does a resilient future for look like?
This question was at the heart of the 1st ResilienCE Lab, organized by Informest on 9 July in Gorizia as part of the Interreg Central Europe ResilienCE project. Local stakeholders came together to discuss the future of the territory and co-create a shared vision for its development.
Through interactive group work, participants identified key development trajectories for Carnia in the short, medium and long term, highlighting priorities such as:
✅ Strengthening local entrepreneurship and economic activities
✅ Promoting sustainable and experiential tourism
✅ Supporting innovation and digitalisation
✅ Improving services and quality of life in rural areas
✅ Enhancing cooperation among local actors and communities
✅ Preserving local identity while creating new development opportunities
✅ Strengthening the contribution of social economy enterprises to territorial resilience
The ideas and proposals collected during the Lab will help shape the next phases of the ResilienCE project and support future actions aimed at building stronger and more resilient rural communities.

The first Mentors Training of the ResilienCE project has successfully brought together mentors, project partners and the SBA Project Team for two productive and engaging days focused on strengthening mentoring approaches and supporting social economy enterprises across project territories.

The training began with introductions, networking and experience sharing, allowing mentors to present their backgrounds, motivations and expectations. Participants explored the main findings from the territorial needs analyses, identifying common challenges and differences across target areas, while also working collaboratively on the Capacity Building Programme and mentoring approaches.

The second day focused on reflecting on the work completed, identifying potential case studies and good practices to be replicated, and discussing mentoring approaches tailored to SMEs. These sessions created valuable opportunities for co-creation, knowledge exchange and the development of a shared vision for future activities.

This is only the beginning of the journey: the mentoring training process will continue with two additional online sessions taking place during July, further strengthening collaboration and supporting the development of practical solutions.

The outcomes and key results of this work will be shared in the coming weeks — stay tuned for updates!

🌍 Białystok na kilka dni stał się miejscem międzynarodowych spotkań i wymiany doświadczeń!

Gościliśmy przedstawicieli organizacji z Włoch, Węgier, Słowacji, Słowenii i Polski. To były trzy dni pełne rozmów, inspiracji i dzielenia się doświadczeniami dotyczącymi wspierania przedsiębiorstw społecznych. Odbyło się u nas spotkanie Komitetu Sterującego projektu oraz międzynarodowe szkolenie mentorów.

Cieszymy się, że mogliśmy wspólnie pracować, uczyć się od siebie nawzajem i budować relacje, które zaowocują kolejnymi działaniami w ramach projektu.

Dziękujemy za wspólnie spędzony czas, inspirujące spotkania i dobrą energię! 🤝
