NUR is new independent film production company and film foundation. The idea of NUR was born in between three collaborating students of The National Polish Film School in Łódź: director, producer and cinematographer. While working together on their school films they’ve understood a need of giving birth to an organism which would help them to become more independent in their work. Worldwide film production system is changing fast, giving more opportunities for producers, especially in Europe, for developing both artistically and economically lucrative projects. To catch the chance to benefit, you have to be in the avant-garde of it. That has become a motto of NUR.
