We are looking for participants for Hvala² : Healthy Volunteering & Local Activism

A perfect space for youth workers and active young people to exchange experiences, learn how to involve young people in their communities and strengthen volunteering as a way of living and contributing.

🎥 Moments from our Erasmus+ Training Course “Youth Work Lab” in Tetovo, North Macedonia 🇲🇰

From 7–15 March 2026, we had the pleasure of hosting 36 participants from 10 different European countries for an inspiring journey of learning, sharing, and growing together. 🌍✨

Through workshops, discussions, teamwork, and intercultural exchange, Youth Work Lab became a space where ideas met action, friendships were built, and youth work was explored in meaningful and creative ways. 🤝📚

A big thank you to everyone who was part of this beautiful experience and helped make Tetovo a place of connection, energy, and unforgettable memories. 💙

🌍 Bright on Study Visit in Poland 🇵🇱 | Erasmus+ Experience
In period 17-25 February, the team of Bright had the opportunity to take part in the Study Visit “Youth Center” in Poland, organized and hosted by Level Up NGO from Łódź, within the Erasmus+ Programme.
✨ This journey brought together our amazing team – Slobodan, Duško, Simon, Angela, Marija & Marija – who proudly represented Bright while learning, sharing, and growing together with colleagues from across Europe.
Through a variety of activities, we visited schools, institutions, and organizations, exploring modern teaching methods, inclusive practices, and innovative approaches to working with young people.
🤝 We built meaningful partnerships and created new connections across borders
📚 We gained valuable knowledge and practical tools that we are excited to implement in our daily work
🌍 We expanded our perspectives on education and the evolving role of educators in today’s world
💡 Erasmus+ is not just about traveling – it is about growth, collaboration, and creating better opportunities for young people and our communities.

TRAIN THE TRAINERS – Łódź, Poland 🇵🇱✨
From 8–16 December, participants from Bright proudly took part in the Erasmus+ project “Train the Trainers” in Łódź, Poland, organized by LevelUp. 💙
For 9 intensive and inspiring days, our Bright team stepped into the world of trainers and facilitators 🎤📚
🔹 Designing & delivering powerful training sessions
🔹 Understanding group dynamics
🔹 Strengthening communication skills
🔹 Creating engaging non-formal education activities
🔹 Building inclusive spaces where every voice matters 🤝
Through simulations, practical workshops, teamwork, and reflection sessions, our participants explored what it truly means to guide a learning process. Leadership, responsibility, and active listening were at the heart of this journey 🌍✨
This experience not only strengthened the professional competencies of our Bright representatives, but also created space for intercultural exchange, new partnerships, and meaningful friendships that will last far beyond the project 💫
Erasmus+ once again proves that learning goes beyond the classroom 🚀

🌍♻️ CLIMATE WARRIORS in Action! ♻️🌍

From 26 January to 4 February, Bright proudly took part in the Erasmus+ project “Climate Warriors”, hosted in Essen, Germany 🇩🇪, bringing together 40 young participants from 5 countries:
🇲🇰 North Macedonia | 🇬🇷 Greece | 🇹🇷 Türkiye | 🇭🇺 Hungary | 🇩🇪 Germany

During 9 inspiring days, participants engaged in dynamic and creative activities such as 🎭 acting, 🎬 filmmaking, 🗣️ presentations, and 🎨 crafting – all focused on one powerful topic: climate change and youth action 🌱

The program was highly educational and interactive, encouraging young people to express their creativity, share ideas, and actively contribute in their own unique ways 💡✨
Cultural nights 🌍💃🕺 added even more value, giving each country the chance to showcase its traditions, food 🍽️, music 🎶, and dances, while strengthening intercultural understanding and friendships 🤝

Overall, the project was excellently organized and left everyone with unforgettable memories, new skills, and strong motivation to keep fighting for a greener future 🌿💚
