Sanghar:
With the support of PAB Sindh, PAB Sanghar organized an awareness seminar on various topics. Addressing the seminar, the speakers said that through struggle and determination, they want to transform disability into strength and create awareness at the organizational level to secure their legal rights and encourage society toward self-recognition.
These views were expressed by leaders of the Pakistan Association of the Blind (PAB) Sindh, including President Mr, Abdul Jabbar Mirani, General Secretary Mr, Imran Ahmed Shaikh, and Finance Secretary Mr, Akhtiar Ali Magsi, who are visually impaired, while addressing a social seminar organized by PAB District Sanghar at the District Council Hall in Sanghar.
They appreciated the efforts of the Sanghar district organization, including the computer center for visually impaired individuals, music training, and other initiatives. They also announced financial support of Rs. 50,000 for the organization. They stated that disability should not be treated as a limitation and assured every possible support in providing employment and business opportunities in both government and private sectors.
The seminar was also addressed by Municipal Committee Chairman Mr, Rashid Islam Mughal, PPP Leader Mr, Ejaz Hussain Zardari, District Council Chief Officer Mr, Abdul Hafeez Jamali, Mr, Ajaz Mangi,Mr, Ghulam Nabi Nizamani, Mr, Sabir Mehr, Mr, Abdul Karim Shar, Mr, Dildar Ali Rajput, Mr,Azeem Roonjho, Mr, Ghulam Qadir Unar, Ahmed Khan , Mumtaz Mangi, Mr, Faraz Ali, Abdul Hanan, Imran Khan, and others.
Ajraks and awards were presented to the guests at the event. On this occasion, renowned singer Hidayat Gulzar also performed songs to encourage and motivate visually impaired individuals. A large number of visually impaired members from Shahdadpur, Sanghar, Khipro, and other areas attended the seminar.
