cation: (This section will implement health and education related projects. The section organized Parents day at Govt. High School Kaddi and extended its logistic support in school improvements. The section also organized free medical camp thus provided 150 patients with free clinical support and medicines. Women Development & Child Protection: (OSDSI is working on women development and child protection since long. Voluntary based child protection cases identified and referred to Child Protection Unit Swabi for further support. The section also organized community sessions on child protection in UC Thand Koi, Swabi. Two-day long NIC registration campaign was organized under this section in village Kaddi, Swabi. The section also submitted a letter of interest to European Initiative for Democracy & Human Rights for scaling up women access to justice and strengthening legal institutions. Gender & Governance: (This section will be put in place to work for gender gaps and good governance by increasing collaboration between citizens and service providers. Quality Enhancement Unit: This unit will be established soon after the regular projects ex*****on. Its function is to increase quality of programs and spawn impact at the grassroots. The unit will also carry out external as well as internal evaluations. Institutional Capacity
OSDSI carried out the following activities/assignments purely on voluntary basis in district Swabi. School Uniform Distribution
OSDSI distributed school uniform amongst 35 poorest students (including 25 male and 10 female), in village kaddi, district Swabi dated July 15, 2012. Celebration of Parents Day
OSDSI organized Parents day at Govt. High School Kaddi and extended its programmatic and logistic support in school improvements. The parents were stressed to work as extended arm of education department for education improvement. Parent Day Ceremony
OSDSI has conducted parent day on October 15, 1982 at GPS Kaddi, Swabi on voluntary basis. OSDSI contribution was logistic arrangements, invitation to parents and chief guest and resource mobilization for school improvement and student welfare. OSDSI ensured resource mobilization from chief guest in the form of cash prizes for poorest students. OSDSI through chief guest distributed the cash prizes and trophies among the students who performed curricular activities and delivered speeches on social issues at the ceremony. Parents Day Celebration
Parents day was celebrated on May 22, 1992 at GMPS Kaddi, district Swabi. Parents were sensitized to help teachers in enrollment and reducing drop out children. Total cost of the activity was Rs. 18000. Minster education was invited to the event to double the beauty of the event. Cash prizes and cloths were distributed to 35 needy students and Rs. 30000 were mobilized for the construction of two rooms in school. Debates Event
OSDSI organized a debate event on May 13, 2011 at government primary school Kaddi to improve learning achievements among the students. Students delivered debates on various social and educational issues. For students encouragement cash prizes of Rs. 10000 were distributed among the position holders. Prize Distribution Ceremony
OSDSI organized prize distribution ceremony on October 15, 1982 at GPS Kaddi. The organization distributed cash prizes of Rs. 5000 among the poorest students who delivered speeches on various social topics. Another prize distribution ceremony organized on May 5, 1985 at GPS Kaddi for Boys. Prizes of Rs. 7200 were distributed among the destitute students for cloths and books. Establishment of Free Medical Camp
OSDSI also organized free medical camp on 03/07/2012 at Kaddi villag, district Swabi thus provided 150 patients with free clinical support and medicines (PKR. 50000). Child Protection Assignment
(OSDSI is working on women development and child protection since long. In this regard, voluntary based child p rotection cases identified and referred to Child Protection Unit Swabi for further support. It also organized community awareness sessions on child protection in UC Thand Koi, Swabi. Session on Peace and Terrorism
On-day session on terrorism and peace promotion was conducted on April 1, 2011 at village Kaddi district Swabi. A famous columnist Jamil Marguz was invited to the event. People were educated on the causes of rising militancy and ensuring peace in the area. Media coverage was given to the activity by columnist. Tow day Campaign for NIC Registration
Two-day long NIC registration campaign was organized on May 30, 2012-May 31, 2012 in village Kaddi, Swabi. The registration process was coordinated with district NADRA office. Letter of Interest to EIDHR
OSDSI has submitted a letter of interest to European Initiative for Democracy & Human Rights for scaling up women access to justice and strengthening legal institutions in district Swabi. Arrangement of Advocacy Jirga
OSDSI organized an advocacy Jirga at Zakriya Khel, and Tajo Khel Kaddi, district Swabi respectively and advocated the village based infrastructure and school issues and tabled it to the representatives of local government for solution. Community Session
OSDSI conducted community session on March 23, 1985 at Masjid Kaddi district Swabi for sensitization of community to solve the problem of disputed land for high school. Through this long hour discussion, finally the land problem was settled down and high school was constructed on the land.
