Dr. Fahad Memon is a Consultant Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon currently working in Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto (SMBB) Trauma Centre where he plays a leading role offering elective and 24/7 emergency vascular services free of cost, ensuring accessible, lifesaving interventions to all, regardless of socioeconomic background. He is also serving in several institutions in Karachi, including the National Medical Centre (NMC), South City Hospital, and RIMS Trauma Hospital. With an unwavering commitment to patient care, Dr. Memon also extends his specialized services to Hyderabad every Sunday at Hashim Medical City and Bone Care Hospital.
A proud native of Sukkur, Dr. Fahad Memon began his medical journey at Ghulam Muhammad Mahar Medical College (GMC) Sukkur, graduating with his MBBS in 2012. He completed his house job at GMMMC Teaching Hospital Sukkur. He pursued his General Surgery training at Civil Hospital Karachi (Dow University of Health Sciences) and earned his FCPS in General Surgery in 2020. His commitment to advancing vascular care led him to undertake a highly competitive fellowship in Vascular Surgery at the Trauma Centre Karachi, culminating in an FCPS in Vascular Surgery.
Dr. Fahad Memon holds the distinction of being the first and only Vascular Surgeon to graduate from GMC Sukkur. His clinical expertise spans a comprehensive spectrum of vascular and endovascular conditions and procedures. He is highly skilled in the management of:
- Varicose veins (Open and Minimally Invasive including Laser Therapy and Sclerotherapy)
- Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
- Diabetic foot complications and limb salvage
- Dialysis access procedures including AV fistulas, permcaths, and advanced access techniques

Meet another hardworking and courageous alumnus of GMC Sukkur Dr. Abdul Haleem Solangi from 7th Batch
Being son of a hardworking, loving and dedicated primary school teacher of a extreme rural area of Village Shah ji Machine near Sindh, Dr. Abdul Haleem proved himself as a courageous and talented fellow.

Dr. Abdul Haleem being simple and honest and committed to his aim, worked hard during MBBS and graduated in 2014.
He di his internship (house Job) at JPMC, Karachi during years 2015-16.

Afterwards he started his residency in General Surgery for 2years at DUHS/Civil Hospital Karachi during years 2017-19.
On successful completion of two years in GS, he joined SIUT to persue his career as a Urologist and completed his requirements there.
Passed FCPS part 2 in 2024.

Currently he is working at SIUT, Sukkur as a Consultant Urologist.

Orthopedic and Trauma Surgeon

Young, energetic and hardworking orthopedician from Ghotki district.
He was part of 10th Batch GMC Sukkur; Batch of some beautiful souls.

Graduated in 2018, Dr. Sajjad persued his FCPS journey in his favorite field of orthopedics and trauma surgery.
Did his residency at Dow University Hospital and passed the exam with flying colors.

Presently he is working as senior registrar Orthopedics at DHQ Hospital Ghotki at Mirpur Mathelo run by GIMS.

Meet Dr. Muhammad Shoaib Lodro - The proud son of a very hardworking primary school teacher from Pir Jo Goth, Khairpur Mirs.
Dr. Muhammad Shoaib Lodro received his elementary, middle, and upper secondary education from government-run schools. He earned his degrees from SMBBMU Larkana and GMMMC Sukkur. He is the sole thoracic surgeon in his medical college and university, the second Sindhi FCPS qualified thoracic surgeon, and one of the few thoracic surgeons in Pakistan with FCPS (thoracic surgery) . One of Sindh's best chest surgeons and a prominent consultant surgeon is Dr. Shoaib. He is the creator of the esophageal and tracheal clinic at JPMC in Karachi, which he operates for patients with esophageal and tracheal disorders, including cancer

Passed MBBS in 2012, inducted in government services in health department in 2013 as Medical Officer BPS 17
He was promted in BPS 18 in 2020 and serves as deputy district health officer at DHO Office Sukkur for 3 years.
He did masters of Public Health in 2022 from Baqai University Karachi.
In 2024 he has been promted to BPS 19 as per health management cader and posted as Medical Superintendent at Taluka Hospital PanoAkil where he has been serving till date.
He has honor of being the youngest MS of a Taluka hospital.
