🚨 APLA District Sujawal strongly condemns the unfortunate robbery incident that took place at the residence of Law Student Aamir Chandio’s brother.

According to the reported information, five armed robbers illegally entered the house around 3:00 PM, held the family hostage for nearly two hours, damaged household property, and stole cash worth approximately (40 lacs) before fleeing from the scene.

Such cowardly criminal acts are a serious threat to public safety, peace, and law and order. APLA District Sujawal demands immediate action from the concerned authorities and strict legal proceedings against the culprits involved.

APLA District Sujawal stands firmly with the affected family and assures full moral and legal support until justice is served.

الحمدلله اڄ دل خوشي ۽ فخر سان ڀرجي وڃي ٿي ته اسان جي تنظيم ۾ اهڙا بهادر، باهمت ۽ ايماندار ماڻهو موجود آهن، جيڪي حقيقت ۾ هيرن کان به وڌيڪ قيمتي آهن۔ اهي ماڻهو صرف نالي جا اڳواڻ ناهن، پر حق ۽ انصاف جي جنگ وڙهندڙ حقيقي سپاهي آهن۔
اسان کي پنهنجي تنظيم جي انهن بهادر نوجوانن تي بيحد فخر آهي، جن تعليم جهڙي مقدس مقصد لاءِ جدوجهد جو علم بلند ڪيو۔ انهن ضلعو سجاول ضلعي م لا ڪانفرنسون ڪرائي هڪ نئين سڃاڻپ ڏني، غريب شاگردن جي آواز بڻيا ۽ تعليم کي اڳتي وڌائڻ لاءِ بي خوف ٿي ميدان ۾ لٿا۔
خاص طور تي ايڊووڪيٽ سيد اختر شاه بخاري صاحب، جيڪي اسان جا سينيئر اڳواڻ ۽ ٻه ڀيرا ضلعو سجاول جا صدر رهي چڪا آهن، ۽ خاص طور ايڊووڪيٽ مقصود علي شورو صاحب، جيڪي LSF جا صدر آهن، انهن جي جرئت، بهادري ۽ اصولي جدوجهد کي دل جي گهراين سان سلام پيش ڪيون ٿا۔
اهي اهي بهادر ماڻهو آهن، جن هڪ غريب شاگرد جي آواز بڻجي ظلم خلاف علم بغاوت بلند ڪيو۔ هنن هاءِ اسڪول ميرپور بٺورو ۾ موجود ڪرپشن، ناانصافي ۽ ظلم خلاف اهڙي جنگ جو آغاز ڪيو، جنهن سان سڄو نظام بي نقاب ٿي ويو۔
نه اهي ماڻهو وڪاميا، نه جهڪيا، نه ڪنهن دٻاءَ آڏو سر جهڪايو۔ پر سچ، حق ۽ انصاف لاءِ مضبوط ٿي بيهي رهيا۔ اڄ انهن جي جرئت ۽ ثابت قدمي سبب ڪيس هلي رهيا آهن ۽ شاگردن کي انصاف ملڻ جي راهه کلي رهي آهي۔
اهڙا بهادر ماڻهو ڪنهن به سماج جو سرمايو هوندا آهن۔
آل پاڪستان لا ايسوسيئيشن انهن بي خوف اڳواڻن کي دل جي گهراين سان سلام پيش ڪري ٿي، جيڪي تعليم ۽ انصاف لاءِ تاريخ رقم ڪري رهيا آهن۔
✊ حق جي جنگ جاري رهندي، ظلم جي رات ضرور ختم ٿيندي، ۽ تعليم جو حق هر غريب ٻار تائين پهچي رهندو۔

جي طرفان هن گندي عمل ۽ قانون کان مٿانهين فيصلن تي سخت تنقيد ۽ ڀرپور مذمت ڪئي وڃي ٿي۔
اسان کي اطلاع مليو آهي ته ايڊووڪيٽ مقصود علي شورو خلاف ڪوڙا ۽ جعلي ڪاغذ تيار ڪري، سندس ملڪيت واري زمين تي ناجائز قبضو ڪرڻ ۽ کيس سندس جائز حق کان محروم ڪرڻ جي ڪوشش ڪئي پئي وڃي۔ هي عمل نه رڳو غيرقانوني آهي پر انصاف جي بنيادي اصولن جي کلي خلاف ورزي پڻ آهي۔
اسان وڏيرو حيدر علي شورو ۽ سندس پٽن کي سخت تنبيهه ڪريون ٿا ته هو اهڙين غيرقانوني سرگرمين کان فوراً باز اچن۔ جيڪڏهن هي سلسلو بند نه ٿيو ته قانوني ۽ احتجاجي لائحه عمل اختيار ڪيو ويندو، جنهن جي سمورن نتيجن جي ذميواري لاڳاپيل ڌرين تي عائد ٿيندي۔
جنھن ۾ شمس الدين کاڙڪ منشي PS ميرپور بٺورو جنھن پنھنجي ناجائز اختيارين جو فائدو وٺي غيرقانوني طور دروازي تي ويو، چند پئسن عيوض رشوت ورتي ۽ مقصود علي شورو جي خاندان کي هراسان ڪري دٻاءُ وڌو۔ هي عمل قابلِ مذمت آهي ۽ ان بابت فوري جاچ جو مطالبو ڪيو وڃي ٿو۔
