Pakistan Sustainable Development Forum (PSDF) & Abilities Ignite Educatinonal Foundation (AIEF) are pleased to announce the formal signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This partnership underscores our mutual commitment to youth empowerment, community development, sustainable growth, and resilient communities.
Under this collaboration, AIEF and PSDF will jointly implement initiatives specifically pertinent to mental health. The MOU was signed by from PSDF & by Dr. representing AIEF in Islamabad.
We anticipate a long-term, impactful partnership that strengthens communities, nurtures youth potential, and contributes to sustainable development nationwide.

We are pleased to share that , Founder, Pakistan Sustainable Development Forum (PSDF), was selected to attend a Training of Trainers (TOT) by UNFPA focusing on Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Sexual & Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Life Skills Based Education (LSBE), mental health, climate education, and youth leadership.

By bringing together participants from diverse regions of Pakistan, the TOT created a collaborative space for learning, dialogue, and shared reflection grounded in local realities. Over the three-day Training of Trainers, participants strengthened their project design and proposal development skills, deepened their understanding of community needs, and built confidence in pitching ideas to potential donor organizations through role plays and highly interactive sessions.

This learning journey was further enriched through a two-day Experience Sharing Workshop, which brought together organizations from across the country to reflect on their journeys, reconnect with key learnings, and strengthen the skills they will carry back to their communities.

More than just a training, this Training of Trainers served as a stepping stone for youth, women, grassroots organizations, and community leaders who continue to work tirelessly to drive positive, inclusive, and sustainable change at the community level.

As part of the of Activism campaign, Pakistan Sustainable Development Forum (PSDF) in collaboration with the Aga Khan Rural Support Programme - AKRSP Pakistan , held an awareness session in Shigar on cyber security and digital violence & importance of Psychosocial_Support, specially for the commuities of Shigar.
The session, focusing on the theme , aimed to strengthen community understanding of digital violence, safe online practices, and available support mechanisms.
✅Digital Expert, Ms. Azizah Solih, delivered an insightful presentation on the rapidly evolving forms of digital violence, including online harassment, blackmailing, identity misuse, and unsafe digital interactions, preventive measures and available reporting systems. . mechanisms to ensure safer digital engagement for community members.
✅Consultant Psychiatrist, , Madam Dr. Shahida, delivered an insightful session on the importance of psychosocial support, with a special focus on the needs of flood-affected communities.
✅Ms. Iffat Khatoon, CS Officer from AKRSP, highlighted the background and global significance of the 16 Days of Activism campaign, and also outlined the collaborative efforts of AKRSP and PSDF in advancing community awareness, protection, and empowerment.
✅Mr. Tanveer Shigri emphasized the crucial role of individuals in creating a safer community by promoting responsible digital behavior and offering collective support in cases of gender-based violence.
The event was attended by a diverse group of stakeholders, including police officials, relegious scholars, health representatives, civil society members, youth, media professionals, IT workers, freelancers, and CSO representatives.
Together, we reaffirm our commitment to creating a safer, more informed, and digitally resilient community in Shigar.
