Al-Bayan Foundation has been playing a vital role in promoting education in the remote areas of Gilgit-Baltistan. Despite harsh weather, poor infrastructure, and limited resources, the Foundation continues to provide quality education to underprivileged children. Through the establishment of schools, teacher training programs, and regular monitoring visits, Al-Bayan Foundation ensures that learning never stops, even in the most isolated valleys. Its efforts have not only improved literacy rates but also inspired hope, discipline, and a brighter future for the youth of Gilgit-Baltistan.

In addition, awareness campaigns are regularly conducted with parents and community leaders to promote girls’ education as a social priority.
As a result, many parents who once hesitated to send their daughters to school now proudly support their education.

البیان فاؤنڈیشن تعلیم کے نور کو عام کرنے کے لیے عملی جدوجہد کر رہی ہے۔
یہ ادارہ ان بچوں، خصوصاً بچیوں کو تعلیم کے بنیادی حق سے روشناس کرا رہا ہے جو سماجی، ثقافتی اور معاشی رکاوٹوں کی وجہ سے اسکول نہیں جا پاتے تھے۔
گلگت بلتستان میں البیان فاؤنڈیشن نے کئی تعلیمی مراکز قائم کیے ہیں جہاں تربیت یافتہ اساتذہ بچیوں کو معیاری تعلیم فراہم کر رہے ہیں۔
اس کے علاوہ، والدین اور برادری کے رہنماؤں کے ساتھ مسلسل آگاہی مہمات چلائی جا رہی ہیں تاکہ بچیوں کی تعلیم کو سماجی ترجیح بنایا جا سکے۔
یہی وجہ ہے کہ اب بہت سے والدین، جو پہلے اپنی بیٹیوں کو تعلیم دینے سے ہچکچاتے تھے، آج فخر کے ساتھ انہیں اسکول بھیج رہے ہیں۔
یہ تبدیلی صرف تعلیم نہیں، بلکہ روشن مستقبل کی ضمانت ہے۔
🌺 تعلیم — وقت کی سب سے بڑی ضرورت
آج کے دور میں تعلیم صرف علم حاصل کرنے کا ذریعہ نہیں بلکہ خوداعتمادی، ترقی اور معاشی خودمختاری کی بنیاد ہے۔
تعلیم انسان کو اپنی صلاحیتوں کے اظہار کا موقع دیتی ہے، معاشرے میں مثبت کردار ادا کرنے کا جذبہ پیدا کرتی ہے، اور پسماندگی کے اندھیروں سے نکال کر ترقی کی راہوں پر گامزن کرتی ہے۔
یہی وجہ ہے کہ تعلیم کو قرآن و سنت میں بھی نور، روشنی اور ہدایت کا ذریعہ قرار دیا گیا ہے۔

📌 Al-Bayan Foundation — Brief Report
Al-Bayan Foundation is a dedicated non-governmental organization working for the welfare and upliftment of remote and underdeveloped communities of District Shigar and across Gilgit-Baltistan. The primary mission of the foundation is to ensure the provision of basic necessities of life in areas where government access is limited.
Major Services & Achievements:
• ✅ Successful completion of more than 16 water supply projects, providing safe drinking water to local communities
• ✅ Food and shelter assistance to flood-affected families
• ✅ Free medical camps and distribution of essential medicines

Appeal for CBC Machine Support
District Shigar, Gilgit-Baltistan
Background:
The backward and remote areas of District Shigar are in dire need of strengthening their healthcare
facilities. The entire local population — more than 45,000 people — is dependent on a single
healthcare center, which serves as the only lifeline for medical services in the region.
Currently, the hospital operates 24/7 and provides essential healthcare and emergency services despite
extremely limited resources. The existing medical setup includes:
MBBS Doctor (Medical Officer)
Lady Health Visitor (LHV)
Junior Medical Technicians (JMTs)
Ambulance
Ultrasound Machine
ECG Machine
Oxygen Machine
Patient Beds
Small Pharmacy.
This small yet dedicated team is serving thousands of patients every month, often handling emergencies,
maternal cases, and general illnesses that otherwise would remain untreated due to the remoteness of the
region.

Current Need:
To improve diagnostic capacity and timely treatment, the hospital urgently requires one CBC
(Complete Blood Count) Machine.
At present, patients needing a CBC test must travel 6 to 7 hours to reach Skardu for laboratory testing.
This delay causes immense hardship, especially for emergency, elderly, and child patients, and often
results in treatment delays and preventable complications.
The estimated cost of a CBC machine is PKR 250,000 to750,000/-
