The Regional Representative of the Building and Wood Workers' International (BWI) for Asia-Pacific, Apolinar "D**g" Tolentino, and Ms. Linnea Wikström, Global Director of Construction at BWI, visited Islamabad and met with the leadership of BWI’s Pakistani affiliates BWF and ACE Employees Union, as well as the leadership of the Pakistan Workers Federation (PWF).

The meeting focused on strengthening international cooperation, promoting workers’ rights, and uniting efforts to ensure decent work, fair wages, and safe workplaces for all construction and building workers across Pakistan.

Together, we reaffirm our commitment to global solidarity and a future built on justice, equality, and dignity for every worker.
