🤝 Learning, Sharing & Strengthening Community Health Services

Team Dareecha Male Health Society visited the Treatment Center at Polyclinic Islamabad along with the UNDP Pakistan team to exchange experiences, share best practices, and explore opportunities to further strengthen HIV treatment and support services.

Such collaborative learning is essential to improve the quality of services, strengthen linkages, and ensure that communities—especially key and vulnerable populations—receive more accessible, respectful, and people-centered care. ❤️

Dareecha would like to thank Dr. Amber Rizwan, In charge ART Center Poly Clinic and the whole team for their utmost support to the communities and facilitate the whole visit.

A heartiest farewell to Ms. Goshi Malik, Trans Rights Activist at Dareecha, as she embarks on a new journey toward her future endeavors. ❤️

Goshi has been one of the most hardworking, dedicated, and compassionate members of the Dareecha family.

Her contributions to Dareecha and her efforts for the rights, dignity, health, and inclusion of transgender people will always be appreciated and remembered.

While we are sad to see her leave, we are proud of everything she has accomplished and wish her continued success, happiness, and growth in the next chapter of her journey.

Thank you, Goshi, for being an important part of the Dareecha family. Your presence and contributions will truly be missed.

🤝 Strengthening Partnerships for HIV Response in Pakistan.

Dareecha Male Health Society was pleased to welcome Mr. Hector Sucilla Perez, UNAIDS Country Director for the Multi-country Office Pakistan and Nepal, along with Dr. Rajwal Khan, Strategic Information Adviser, UNAIDS Pakistan, during their visit to Dareecha.

The visit provided an important opportunity to discuss HIV prevention, community-led responses, stigma and discrimination, and the health and rights of people living with HIV and key populations in Pakistan.

We greatly appreciate their time, engagement, and continued commitment to strengthening community-led approaches and ensuring that the voices and experiences of affected communities remain central to the HIV response.

At Dareecha, we remain committed to working with partners to advance health, dignity, equality, and human rights for all. 🌍❤️
