SPEAK was established in 2009 and registered under Social Welfare Agencies (Regulation & Control) Ordinance, 1961. SPEAK is a non-profit social organization working in the fields of Political awareness and environmental education, vocational training & health & hygiene promotional activities, empowerment of women and other weaker sections of the society. The overall goal of the speak is to reduce

the sufferings of deprived inhabitants of villages in Balochistan, and to uplift the life standard of villagers by introducing broad based educational, social and environmental initiatives.
