آج مورخہ 14 مارچ 2026 کو بمقام PAB ہاؤس، سیٹلائٹ ٹاؤن کوئٹہ میں PAB بلوچستان کے زیرِ انتظام ایک اہم امدادی پروگرام کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔ اس پروگرام میں بڑی تعداد میں نابینا افراد نے شرکت کی۔

اس موقع پر PAB بلوچستان کی جانب سےمستحق نابینا افراد میں راشن اور نقد رقم تقسیم کی گئی تاکہ ان کی بنیادی ضروریات میں کچھ آسانی پیدا کی جا سکے۔

PAB بلوچستان اس موقع پر اپنے تمام مخیر حضرات، انسان دوست خواتین و حضرات اور معاون اداروں کا دل کی گہرائیوں سے شکریہ ادا کرتا ہے جن کے تعاون سے یہ فلاحی سرگرمی ممکن ہو سکی۔ آپ کی مدد اور تعاون معاشرے کے کمزور طبقات کے لیے امید کی ایک روشن کرن ہے۔

آخر میں تمام شرکاء اور معاونین کی صحت و سلامتی اور کامیابی کے لیے خصوصی دعا بھی کی گئی۔

🌙 Ramzan-ul-Mubarak 2026 – Appeal for Support 🌙

On the blessed occasion of Ramzan-ul-Mubarak 2026, a month of mercy, compassion, and generosity, Pakistan Association of the Blind – Balochistan Provincial Branch humbly appeals to all kind-hearted individuals, donors, and organizations for their support.

Every year, our association strives to assist needy visually impaired men and women by providing Rashan bags, clothing, and financial assistance, enabling them to observe the holy month of Ramzan with dignity and peace of mind.

Unfortunately, due to limited resources, it is not possible for us to meet the growing needs of visually impaired individuals without the generous cooperation of compassionate supporters like you.

We sincerely request you to come forward and contribute to this noble cause in any form possible. Your support will not only ease the hardships of deserving individuals but will also earn you their sincere prayers—truly priceless rewards.

Together, with your cooperation, we can continue spreading hope, compassion, and relief among the visually impaired community.

On 14 February 2026, a delegation of the Pakistan Association of the Blind (PAB), Balochistan Provincial Branch, proudly participated in a one-day training session on Social Welfare Mechanisms organized by Breaking Barrier Women Organization.
The session was attended by the Finance Secretary of PAB Balochistan, Mr. Ghulam Abbas Zahid, along with a number of persons with disabilities from across the province. The primary objective of this important training was to educate persons with disabilities about the facilities, support systems, and opportunities available through various institutions and organizations working for their welfare and empowerment.
This initiative provided valuable knowledge and guidance to participants, strengthening their awareness of social welfare mechanisms and encouraging greater access to available resources. The Pakistan Association of the Blind, Balochistan Provincial Branch, remains committed to empowering persons with disabilities through awareness, advocacy, and active participation in such meaningful programs.
Together, we continue to break barriers and build an inclusive society for all.

پاکستان ایسوسی ایشن آف دی بلائنڈ بلوچستان کی جانب سے جناب حافظ محمد بن ابوبکر کو دل کی اتہاہ گہرائیوں سے مبارکباد پیش کی جاتی ہے جنہوں نے انڈونیشیا میں منعقدہ عالمی قرأت کے مقابلے میں اول پوزیشن حاصل کر کے پاکستان کا نام پوری دنیا میں روشن کیا۔
صرف 10 برس کی عمر میں بینائی سے محروم ہونے کے باوجود اتنی عظیم کامیابی حاصل کرنا یقیناً آپ کی محنت، لگن، والدین کی تربیت اور اساتذہ کی رہنمائی کا نتیجہ ہے۔ آپ جیسے ہونہار بچے ہمارے لیے فخر کا باعث ہیں اور پوری پاکستانی قوم کے لیے امید اور حوصلے کا روشن چراغ ہیں۔

Today, on 3rd December 2025, the Pakistan Association of the Blind, Balochistan proudly participated in an awareness event held on the occasion of International Day of Persons with Disabilities. The program was organized by Quetta Online Organization at the Pegasus Club, Quetta.
A delegation of the Association, led by President PAB Mr. Ghulam Dastageer, attended the event and engaged actively in the proceedings.
We were honored by the presence of the Chief Guest, Mr. Wali Noorzi, Minister for Social Welfare and Special Education, Government of Balochistan.
During the ceremony, the Government of Balochistan officially launched its remarkable and much-needed initiative, the Komak Policy for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)—a significant step toward empowerment, inclusion, and improved accessibility for the disability community in the province.
The Pakistan Association of the Blind, Balochistan appreciates this positive initiative and remains committed to working for the rights, inclusion, and well-being of persons with disabilities across the region.

آج مورخہ 2 دسمبر 2025 بریکنگ بیریئر وومن کے زیرِ انتظام سرینہ ہوٹل کوئٹہ میں انٹرنیشنل ورلڈ ڈس ایبل ڈے کے موقع پر ایک باوقار اور نہایت مفید پروگرام منعقد ہوا۔

اس تقریب میں پاکستان ایسوسی ایشن آف دی بلائنڈ بلوچستان کے سیکرٹری جنرل جناب نعمت اللہ کاکڑ سمیت دیگر معزز ایگزیکٹو ممبران نے خصوصی شرکت کی۔

پروگرام کے دوران سیکرٹری فائنانس پی اے بی جناب غلام عباس زاہد نے شرکاء سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے افراد باہم معذوری، خصوصاً نابینا افراد کے معاشی مسائل اور ان کے دیرپا حل کے حوالے سے نہایت اہم اور عملی تجاویز پیش کیں، جنہیں تمام شرکاء نے بے حد سراہا۔

🌟 بریکنگ بیریئر وومن کی یہ کاوش افراد باہم معذوری کی فلاح و بہبود اور ان کے حقوق کے فروغ میں ایک اہم قدم ہے۔

We are proud to share that the Pakistan Association of the Blind (PAB), Balochistan Provincial Branch, actively participated in the event organized by WESS in connection with the International Day of Persons with Disabilities held in Quetta.
Our delegation included Secretary General Mr. Nematullah Kakar, executive members, and a large number of visually impaired individuals who joined to highlight the rights, abilities, and contributions of persons with disabilities in our society.
We appreciate WESS for arranging this meaningful program and providing a platform to raise awareness and promote inclusion. Together, we continue our commitment to advocacy, empowerment, and building a more accessible and inclusive Balochistan.
