2nd Islamic Youth General Assembly Unites Muslim Youth from 25 Nations in Islamabad
Islamabad, Pakistan – October 4, 2025:
The 2nd Islamic Youth General Assembly, organised by the Organisation of Islamic Youth (OIY) in collaboration with SCORE Foundation, was successfully held in Islamabad, Pakistan, bringing together youth representatives and leaders from 25 Muslim countries to promote unity, dialogue, and cooperation among the youth of the Islamic world.
The prestigious event was chaired by Mr. Hammad Khan Kakar, President of the Organisation of Islamic Youth, and co-chaired by Mr. Yulin Wang, President of SCORE Foundation.
The Chief Guest of the Assembly was Mr. Anwar Ul Haq Kakar, Former Prime Minister of Pakistan, who addressed the delegates on the importance of strengthening youth leadership and collective action in the Muslim world.
Distinguished guests included Syed Mustafa Kamal, Federal Health Minister of Pakistan; Sardar Yasir Ilyas, Coordinator to the Prime Minister on Tourism; and Mr. Abdul Wali Khan, Patron-in-Chief of the Organisation of Islamic Youth.
The Assembly served as a platform for young delegates to discuss pressing global challenges, including Islamophobia, the Palestinian struggle, climate change, youth empowerment, education, and economic collaboration among Muslim nations.
Speaking at the event, President Hammad Khan Kakar highlighted the vision of OIY to foster unity, leadership, and cooperation among Muslim youth, encouraging them to be proactive agents of positive change.
The 2nd Islamic Youth General Assembly concluded with a renewed commitment to strengthen partnerships, promote peace, and uphold the shared values of the Muslim Ummah.
