Empowering Women & Building Entrepreneurs in Balochistan

Real change begins with opportunity.

At DEDS, in collaboration with DOCH Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to equipping women and youth across Balochistan with practical skills, entrepreneurial guidance, and digital knowledge that lead to sustainable income and long-term growth.

Through our programs, we focus on:

• Vocational & practical skills training
• Entrepreneurship development & mentorship
• Women empowerment initiatives
• Digital & social media skills

Our mission is simple — not just to train, but to transform potential into progress.

Balochistan is full of talent. With the right support, that talent can build businesses, strengthen families, and uplift entire communities.
