As part of the scoping study being conducted by NIC Peshawar for the SeedRise KP Fund, we spoke with Oscar Ramos of Orbit Ventures, a seasoned investor and operator with deep experience scaling startups across emerging markets.

This role is designed for individuals who understand both numbers and founders — combining financial rigor with real startup exposure.
