๐’๐จ๐œ๐ข๐ž๐ญ๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐‡๐ฎ๐ฆ๐š๐ง ๐š๐ง๐ ๐„๐ง๐ฏ๐ข๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ฅ ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ (๐’๐‡๐„๐ƒ ๐๐š๐ค๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ง) with the financial support of ๐๐š๐ค๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ง ๐Š๐ฎ๐ฐ๐š๐ข๐ญ ๐ˆ๐ง๐ฏ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐š๐ง๐ฒ (๐๐Š๐ˆ๐‚), successfully conducted an awareness-raising session on ๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐‡๐ฒ๐ ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ž ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐š๐ ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ at ๐€๐ฅ ๐‡๐ฎ๐๐š ๐‚๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ (๐Ž๐ซ๐ฉ๐ก๐š๐ง๐š๐ ๐ž), ๐“๐ž๐ก๐ค๐š๐ฅ ๐๐š๐ฅ๐š, ๐๐ž๐ฌ๐ก๐š๐ฐ๐š๐ซ.

Personal Hygiene Kits were distributed among the children. Each child received a kit containing a towel, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, nail cutter, and hair comb. The students of the orphanage were trained and made aware of the importance of personal hygiene management, its benefits, and practical practices to maintain cleanliness and health.

Our ๐ƒ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐Ž๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐–๐ข๐ง๐ , ๐Œ๐ซ. ๐™๐ฎ๐›๐š๐ข๐ซ ๐˜๐š๐ซ ๐Š๐ก๐š๐ง, along with ๐‚๐„๐Ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐„๐ก๐ฎ๐› ๐ˆ๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ž, ๐Œ๐ฌ. ๐Œ๐š๐ซ๐จ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐Œ๐ž๐ก๐ฆ๐จ๐จ๐, facilitated the session, supported by ๐’๐‡๐„๐ƒ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐š๐ฆ๐›๐š๐ฌ๐ฌ๐š๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐„๐‡๐”๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐ฌ. Volunteers and community members shared a common vision of promoting health, hygiene, and well-being.

Children participated in interactive demonstrations on handwashing and oral hygiene led by ๐Œ๐ซ. ๐€๐ก๐ญ๐ž๐ฌ๐ก๐š๐ฆ ๐Š๐ก๐š๐ง, who offered practical tips. The event also included distribution of ๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐‡๐ฒ๐ ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ž ๐Š๏ฟฝ

Society for Human & Environmental Development (SHED), in collaboration with Peshawar Uplift Program and Rescue 1122, has a strong history of conducting Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) training across schools in Peshawar. These efforts demonstrate our commitment to building resilient communities and empowering youth in disaster preparedness.
During these programs, students received training on disaster risk management and first aid, and first aid kits were distributed to support their readiness. This enhances safety awareness among future generations and prepares communities for emergencies.
Since 2007, SHED has been committed to advancing sustainable development by aligning our work with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Over the years, we have partnered with various organizations to implement vital Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) programs and projects that reduce vulnerabilities and strengthen resilience in communities.
Reflecting on these achievements, we remain dedicated to making a positive impact; saving lives, protecting communities, and promoting sustainable development. We look forward to expanding these initiatives in the future.
