The volunteers for change (Tabdeeli Razakar) of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf have formally organized a group as "Insaf Change Force (ICF)" in KPK, aimed to strengthen the parent party and to develop better co-ordination and strong linkages between the provincial government, PTI officials and masses. This announcement was made in a press conference held on September 12, 2013 at Peshawar Press Club. We
are the PTI Volunteers (Tabdeeli Razakar) who played a vital role to educate people about the importance of change in the country with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. The Volunteers knocked at the doors, encouraged people to come out to the polling stations and pole their vote for change to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. Insaf Change Force (ICF) works in Three important sectors;
1) The ICF Social Welfare Wing
The ICF educating the community on their fundamental rights as guaranteed in Constitution of Pakistan, imparting training & conducting seminars on different roles, like character building etc, how an individual citizen can bring changes in himself/herself in order to change the society. What are the rights of an individual and the government authorities and how a common citizen can play a vital role in this regard. The ICF provides livelihood earning facility for orphans & widows upon completion of data & need identification process. Apart from above the ICF works in the following areas;
To develop & promote local leadership & public participation & involvement of local communities at community level
Social assistance programs for the under privileged sections of the society such as widows, orphans, the indigent & the destitute
Provision of social rehabilitation to the physically disabled people by providing them different types of mobility aids & enabling them to adjust themselves in the society honorably instead of being dependent on others
Remedial, curative, vocational & rehabilitation services for handicapped, destitute & other oppressed groups
Welfare activities for destitute women, orphans & homeless children
Arrangement of imparting special education & skill training to blinds, dumb, deaf & physically handicapped & mentally re****ed children
Rehabilitation of drug destitute
Youth welfare etc.
2) The ICF Monitoring & Evaluation Force. The ICF will ensure that social sector programs/projects/development works & the resources are effectively & efficiently utilized to provide services for the intended beneficiaries. The ICF will be vigilantly monitoring the programs/projects/development works to analyze whether it is being implemented against expected results. The ICF is engaged with local communities and any complaints received from them will be forwarded to authorities for necessary action. No doubt, BD/local election will play a vital role which will decide the victory stand for next general election, ICF will be keenly monitoring the activities and development work of elected local bodies and any flaws, lapses or discrepancies which may occur during implementation of any program/project/development work will be highlighted and brought into the notice of high authorities and positive suggestion will also be intimated along with the complaints received with proofs.
3) The ICF Accountability Source (in terms of services). The ICF play a role as local Accountability source (in terms of services), by forwarding the views/complaints received against any PTI member/official as reported by the community, & PTI authority will be requested to issue advise/direction to the member/official to correct his/her attitude/behavior with the community. Moreover, based on solid information from the ground, the ICF will be forwarding impartial/unbiased information to the PTI Officials of any individual who is seeking or requesting for award of ticket for any election. The information will be helping the officials to decide for more popular & competent person in the constituency, who can win the seat and give respect to the party.
