Advocate Sahar Ajaz Sethi is a legal professional, youth leader, and social activist dedicated to promoting democratic values, youth empowerment, and public service. With a strong background in law and civic engagement, Sahar has consistently worked to advance leadership, policy development, and meaningful public participation.
Currently serving as Deputy Chief, she actively represents and engages young people on issues related to leadership, policymaking, and civic participation. Through active involvement in parliamentary, legal, and community initiatives, Sahar strives to contribute to positive social change by fostering advocacy, dialogue, and effective leadership.

Introducing Aleesha Tariq, Member, Executive Citizens Rights and Advocacy Forum (CRAF)

Aleesha Tariq is currently pursuing her LLB degree from Hazara University, Mansehra. She is passionate about law, advocacy, community service, and youth development.

She has been involved with different youth and community initiatives. She is an Aspire Alumni and a member of Sibel Welfare Organisation. She is also associated with the Youth Peace and Development Corps (YPDC) under the Ministry of Planning and Development, where she organizes different events at the university.

Moreover, she has served as an Ambassador for International MUN (IMUN) and as a Campus Ambassador for the Youth Leadership Convention, experiences that have enhanced her leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
She has also implemented the social action plan of Blue Veins (a US-based project) under the Chiragh Se Chiragh Program. Furthermore, she has hosted many events, online sessions, and webinars.

Her strengths include dedication, adaptability, public speaking, event management, civic engagement, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and contribute positively. She looks forward to working with everyone and contributing towards the vision of the Citizen's Rights and Advocacy Forum.

Abdul Basit Jan is a Criminal and Civil Litigation Lawyer and a 2025 graduate of the Faculty of Law at Islamia College Peshawar. Introducing Advocate Salman Ali Khan, Executive Member, Citizens Rights and Advocacy Forum (CRAF)

Salman Ali Khan is a practicing lawyer dedicated to upholding justice, the rule of law, and using his legal profession as a means to serve society. Alongside his legal practice, he has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to community service through active involvement in various non-profit initiatives.

He has worked with the Federal Youth Parliament and played a significant role in relief efforts during the 2022 floods in Swat, where he and his team provided essential assistance to affected communities.

Currently, he serves as a Member of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Youth Parliament, where he contributes to projects focused on environmental sustainability and youth development. As part of this season's plantation drive, his team has successfully planted more than 500 trees. He is also leading the establishment of a community library in his village, having secured a 20×20-foot space and, with the support of friends, collected over 600 books to promote literacy and educational opportunities.

As he joins the Citizens Rights and Advocacy Forum (CRAF) as an Executive Member, he brings with him a strong foundation in legal advocacy, public service, and community leadership. We are proud to announce Aleena Sajjad as an Executive Member of the Citizen’s Rights & Advocacy Forum (CRAF).

A graduate of Khyber Law College, University of Peshawar, Aleena is a practicing lawyer with over one year of professional legal experience. She is driven by a strong commitment to making legal aid and awareness accessible to all segments of society.

A law student at Islamia College University, Muhammad Talha recently obtained his legal license on 14th February, marking the beginning of his professional legal journey.

He has actively contributed to social and community initiatives as a Campus Ambassador for both Alkhidmat Foundation and Future Serve at Islamia College Peshawar, reflecting his dedication to service and leadership.
