HUMAN EMPOWERMENT & LIBERTY PROGRAM (HELP) is registered in February 2011 to endeavor; so in accordance to network scattered aptitudes and empower them to promote liberal approaches towards harmonized societal living. Organization Background:
The basic aim of the association; mainly comprised of youth, is to mobilize and equip the local resources thus to attain status quo in socioeconomic indicato
rs at grass-root level. The major interventions of the association focuses Research & Development, Advocacy, Child and Gender Protection, Livelihood Development, Education (Basic and Non-formal), Health (Primary and Reproductive), Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Education (WASH) and Human and Institutional Development (HID) as the corner stone of the organization. HELP (Human Empowerment & Liberty Program), strives for partnership with community to develop a society based on three core values of sustainable human development: self esteem, freedom of choice and tolerance; a society where everyone has equal access to opportunities and justice irrespective of gender and status. It helped public institutions in implementation of decentralization, to facilitate human development in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. A key objective of decentralization is to improve the delivery of public services. VISION:
“Pledging efforts for holistic development to support the deprived communities by promoting social coherence through coordinated mechanism and collective management”. OBJECTIVES OF "HELP" :
The HELP has also some broader objectives:
1. To support mechanisms of resource management at communal level with central focus to harmonize human and institutional resources by their mapping, amassing them together and synchronizing them thus to ensure sustainable development at grass-root level;
2. To manage natural resources with modern scientific techniques and use them synergically for benefiting humanity analogously considering the phenomenon of preservation of nature and support;
3. To contribute towards creating accessible and equal opportunities for sustainable economic growth fostering socio-economic prosperity, peace and harmony;
4. To encourage decentralization of ideas and strengthening significant institutional linkages for sustainable development in participatory manner. MAJOR AIMS OF "HELP" :
