Meet Abdullah Jan who is a Software Engineering student at CECOS University whose journey extends beyond technology into years of meaningful work in the development sector. Since 2017, he has served as Donations and Reporting Officer at Ranโaa Child Welfare Foundation, gaining hands-on experience in donations management, reporting, fundraising, project coordination, documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement. Through his work with RCWF, he has contributed to initiatives supporting street children, child laborers, and domestic laborers, with a focus on education, protection, and overall well-being. Working closely with donors, partners, team members, and other stakeholders has strengthened his ability to connect management and communication with practical social impact. His experience as both a student and development-sector professional has shaped a diverse skill set spanning technology, coordination, communication, and community development. Abdullah continues to explore how his technical knowledge and social-sector experience can contribute to projects that create meaningful and lasting change.
