🌸 Empowering Women Through Sports, Education & Inclusion 🏓♿
Absar Welfare Foundation was honored to partner in hosting Women Literacy Week at Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University, Peshawar, celebrating the power of education, leadership, and inclusion.
As part of the celebrations, AWF proudly organized a Unified Table Tennis Tournament, bringing together women and persons with disabilities on the same platform. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from talented players, highlighting that sport has the power to unite, empower, and break barriers.
We were privileged to welcome Hon. MPA Ms. Amina Sardar as the Chief Guest. Her inspiring journey reminded everyone that women can lead in every sphere of life—whether as champions in sports, leaders in politics, or changemakers in their communities.
Speaking on the occasion, Mian Absar Ali, Founder of Absar Welfare Foundation, stated:
“This is just the beginning. Through a series of unified sports events, we aim to bring women and persons with disabilities together on one platform, promoting equality, inclusion, and mutual respect. We believe that when everyone plays together, everyone wins.”
At Absar Welfare Foundation, we remain committed to using sport as a powerful tool to advance gender equality, disability inclusion, quality education, and stronger communities, ensuring that no one is left behind.
