Important Meeting Held at DRC Hall, Gulbahar Police Station
A high-level coordination meeting took place today at the Dispute Resolution Council (DRC) Hall, Gulbahar Police Station, featuring key leadership from the police department and local community stakeholders.
The session was attended by SSP Operations and SSP Investigation from Police Lines, alongside SP Gulbahar, DSP Gulbahar, SHO Gulbahar, SP Faqirabad, DSP Faqirabad, and SHOs from various nearby police stations.
Prominent community leaders were also present, including members of the Gulbahar DRC and Faqirabad DRC, local elders (Masharan), local body presidents, and Nazims. Representing the transgender community, Madam Arzoo Khan (DRC Member, Gulbahar & Executive Director, Manzil Foundation) actively participated in the discussions.

* Law & Order Priorities: SSP Operations discussed strategies to tackle street crime, snatching, and narcotics in the region.
* Public Grievance Redressal: Deliberations focused on streamlining FIR registration, handling public complaints effectively, and resolving community disputes.
* Strengthening DRC Jirgas: Emphasized the crucial role of Dispute Resolution Councils in providing swift, fair, and accessible justice to local residents.
