Here are a few highlights from the recently conducted SCOPH Camp! 🧠🌟

‎From thought-provoking workshop on the basics of public health to learning how to become impactful public health trainers — our participants came ready to learn and left ready to lead. 💡
‎Followed by a flagship session on effective communicating with people which sparked real conversations, engaging audiences and ideas that filled every corner of the room. 🎤
And of course, the energy didn’t stop at academics — the socials at Rehman Medical College brought everyone together through music, a powerful monologue drama, and the rhythms of attan, reminding us that community is at the heart of everything we do. 🎶🎭
‎A camp full of knowledge, connection, and purpose — this is what SCOPH is all about. 🧡

“A Self-Defence Bootcamp for Women”

IFMSA-KP Local Councils’ Standing Committee for Reproductive Health and AIDS is pleased to announce a CME-accredited Self-Defence Workshop for women in Peshawar, in collaboration with the Pakistan Martial Arts Association (PMAA) and the Female Physicians Society.

Ask yourself:
⚠️ Do you know how to stay aware during a real-life threat?

💪 Can you break free from grabs, chokes, and control holds?

🔪 What would you do in a knife or gun situation?

🚨 Could you respond effectively in an abduction or hostage scenario?

Or would you freeze when it actually happens?

This workshop is designed to equip participants with practical and real-world skills to stay alert, respond under pressure, and handle dangerous situations with confidence.
