The Young Leaders Parliament (YLP) successfully organized “Candid Talks: Youth Leadership & Emerging Leaders Induction – Mansehra 2026” at Green Valley Restaurant, bringing together young leaders, social activists, and distinguished guests from across the region.
The event marked the formal induction (oath-taking) of the District Cabinet Mansehra, comprising 17 dynamic and dedicated young individuals committed to promoting youth leadership, civic engagement, and community development.
The session featured insightful and engaging discussions on youth leadership, challenges, and opportunities in today’s evolving socio-political landscape. The distinguished guests shared their valuable experiences and emphasized the importance of empowering youth to take active roles in shaping the future of society.
Among the prominent participants were Sikandar Khan Khalil, Federal & Divisional Leader Hazara, Young Leaders Parliament, who attended as Guest Speaker, along with Engr. Talal Saleem, District Youth Officer Haripur, and Kamal Khan Swati, who graced the occasion as Guests of Honor. Their presence added great value to the event and inspired the newly inducted cabinet members.
Speaking on the occasion, the leadership of YLP highlighted the organization’s mission to foster leadership skills, democratic awareness, and active participation among youth. They reiterated their commitment to creating platforms that empower young individuals and encourage positive social change.
Certificates and shields were presented to the cabinet members and guests in recognition of their contributions and participation. The event concluded with a renewed commitment from all participants to work collectively for youth empowerment and the success of upcoming initiatives, including Fakhr-e-Hazara Summit 2026.
