بچے کسی بھی قوم کا مستقبل ہوتے ہیں، لیکن آج ہمارا مستقبل ایک ایسے خاموش زہر کی زد میں ہے جو نظر تو نہیں آتا مگر نسلوں کو معذور بنا رہا ہے۔ حالیہ طبی رپورٹس اور انسانی حقوق کے جائزوں کے مطابق، بچوں کے خون میں سیسے (Lead) کی بڑھتی ہوئی مقدار ایک سنگین انسانی حقوق کا مسئلہ بن چکی ہے۔ سیسہ ایک ایسی دھات ہے جو جسم میں داخل ہونے کے بعد اعصابی نظام، دماغ اور گردوں کو بری طرح متاثر کرتی ہے۔ چھوٹے بچوں کے لیے یہ خاص طور پر خطرناک ہے کیونکہ ان کے بڑھتے ہوئے جسم اور دماغ اس زہر کو بڑوں کے مقابلے میں زیادہ تیزی سے جذب کرتے ہیں، جس سے ان کی سیکھنے کی صلاحیت کم ہو جاتی ہے اور وہ عمر بھر کے لیے ذہنی یا جسمانی معذوری کا شکار ہو سکتے ہیں۔
​ہمارے ماحول میں سیسہ مختلف صورتوں میں موجود ہے، جن میں گھروں اور کھلونوں میں استعمال ہونے والا ناقص پینٹ، پرانی پائپ لائنوں سے آنے والا آلودہ پانی، اور گنجان آباد علاقوں میں بیٹریوں کی غیر محفوظ ری سائیکلنگ سرِفہرست ہیں۔ ان ذرائع سے پھیلنے والی آلودگی نہ صرف بچوں کی جسمانی نشوونما روکتی ہے بلکہ ان کے رویوں میں چڑچڑاپن اور خون کی شدید کمی کا باعث بھی بنتی ہے۔ یہ صورتحال اس لیے بھی تشویشناک ہے کہ اکثر والدین اس پوشیدہ خطرے سے بالکل لاعلم ہیں۔
​ہیومن رائٹس یوتھ آرگنائزیشن (HRYO) انسانی حقوق کی پاسداری کرتے ہوئے حکومت اور متعلقہ اداروں سے مطالبہ کرتی ہے کہ پینٹ اور کھلونوں کی تیاری میں سیسے کے استعمال پر فوری پابندی لگائی جائے اور عالمی معیار کے قوانین نافذ کیے جائیں۔ ساتھ ہی سرکاری ہسپتالوں میں بچوں کے خون کی اسکریننگ کے لیے مفت ٹیسٹ کی سہولت فراہم کی جائے اور صنعتی فضلے کو ٹھکانے لگانے کے لیے سخت ضابطہ اخلاق بنایا جائے۔ ایک ذمہ دار معاشرے کے طور پر ہمیں یہ سمجھنا ہوگا کہ سیسے کی آلودگی صرف ایک طبی مسئلہ نہیں بلکہ بچوں کے "حقِ صحت" کی کھلی خلاف ورزی ہے۔ اس کی سب سے زیادہ کیس ہری پور حطار میں انڈسٹریز ایریا کے آس پاس آبادی میں دیکھے گئے ہیں جس کی آلودگی ماحول کو اور خصوصاََ بچوں کی صحت کو متاثر کر رہی ہے

*_کسی بھی معاشرے میں جب مقتدر اور مذہبی طبقات کسی غیر سنجیدہ شخص کی باتوں کو ضرورت سے زیادہ اہمیت دے کر اسے اپنے غیظ و غضب کا نشانہ بناتے ہیں، تو وہ نادانستہ طور پر اس کی تشہیر کا ذریعہ بن جاتے ہیں۔ جس شخص کی باتوں کو سنجیدہ حلقوں میں کوئی مقام حاصل نہیں تھا، اسے منبر و محراب سے نام لے کر ڈسکس کرنے سے نہ صرف اسے شہرت ملتی ہے بلکہ وہ خود کو ایک "ہیرو" یا "مظلوم" کے طور پر پیش کرنے میں کامیاب ہو جاتا ہے۔_*
*_​سب سے زیادہ افسوسناک پہلو وہ تضاد ہے جو قول اور فعل کے درمیان نظر آتا ہے۔ منبرِ رسول ﷺ وہ پاکیزہ جگہ ہے جہاں سے صبر، عفو و درگزر اور اخلاقِ حسنہ کا درس دیا جاتا ہے۔ وہاں بیٹھ کر کسی کے لیے نازیبا زبان استعمال کرنا یا گالیاں دینا کسی بھی طور شریعت اور اخلاقیات کے دائرے میں نہیں آتا۔ جب ہم سیرتِ طیبہ ﷺ اور خلفائے راشدین کے واقعات سناتے ہیں کہ انہوں نے کس طرح بدترین مخالفین کی باتوں کو خندہ پیشانی سے برداشت کیا، تو عوام کا یہ حق بنتا ہے کہ وہ ان دروس کا عکس اپنے پیشواؤں کے عمل میں بھی دیکھیں۔_*
*_​اس قسم کے انتہا پسندانہ ردِ عمل سے سب سے بڑا نقصان دینِ اسلام کی شبیہ کو پہنچتا ہے۔ سوشل میڈیا کے اس دور میں جب علماء کے لب و لہجے میں تلخی اور بدزبانی آتی ہے، تو وہ لوگ جو پہلے ہی دین سے دور ہیں یا اسلام کو نشانہ بنانا چاہتے ہیں، انہیں ایک مضبوط دلیل مل جاتی ہے۔ وہ چند افراد کے اس رویے کو بنیاد بنا کر پورے پاکیزہ دین پر انگلیاں اٹھاتے ہیں۔_*
*_​اصلاح کا تقاضا یہ تھا کہ ایسی غیر ضروری باتوں کو نظر انداز کیا جاتا۔ ہر اشتعال انگیزی کا جواب دینا ضروری نہیں ہوتا، اور اگر کہیں اصلاح کی ضرورت ہو بھی، تو اس کا انداز داعیانہ اور نرم ہونا چاہیے نہ کہ تذلیل پر مبنی۔ آج کے دور میں جب پشتون دھرتی سمیت پورے ملک کو امن اور اتحاد کی ضرورت ہے، علماء کو چاہیے کہ وہ اپنی توانائی تعمیری کاموں اور حقیقی مسائل پر صرف کریں، نہ کہ سطحی شہرت کے حامل افراد کو ہوا دے کر معاشرے میں مزید تلخی پیدا کریں۔ اللہ تعالیٰ ہمیں عقلِ سلیم اور اپنے اخلاق کو دین کے سانچے میں ڈھالنے کی توفیق عطا فرمائے۔_*

*_​ایک زخمی پرندہ، جس کی خاموش آنکھیں کسی ظالم کے نشانے کا نوحہ پڑھ رہی تھیں، جب نواب زادہ صاحب کو ملا تو انہوں نے محض تماشائی بننے کے بجائے تڑپتی ہوئی زندگی کو بچانے کا فیصلہ کیا۔_*
*_وائلڈ لائف کا رابطہ نمبر پاس نہ ہونے کے باوجود، ان کا جذبہ انہیں فارسٹ آفس تک لے گیا، جہاں فارسٹ آفیسر کی فرض شناسی اور تعاون سے اس ننھی جان کو بروقت طبی امداد اور تحفظ فراہم کیا گیا۔_*

*_​خیبر پختونخواہ کی مٹی ہمیشہ سے ہی جفاکش اور غیرت مند لوگوں کی امین رہی ہے، لیکن حال ہی میں لوئر کرم سے سامنے آنے والی ایک تصویر نے انسانیت اور فرض شناسی کا ایک نیا معیار قائم کر دیا ہے۔ جہاں ایک طرف ہمارے تعلیمی نظام میں ایسے لوگ بھی موجود ہیں جو اپنی ڈیوٹی سے غافل ہیں اور گھر بیٹھے تنخواہیں وصول کرنا اپنا حق سمجھتے ہیں، وہیں دوسری طرف استاد اورنگزیب جیسے جری اور مخلص سپاہی بھی ہیں جو اندھیروں میں علم کی شمع روشن رکھنے کے لیے اپنی جان جوکھم میں ڈالنے سے بھی دریغ نہیں کرتے۔_*
*_​گزشتہ دنوں جب آسمان سے تیز آندھی اور طوفانی بارش برس رہی تھی اور زمین پر ندیاں بپھری ہوئی تھیں، تب لوئر کرم کے اس عظیم استاد نے پیچھے ہٹنے کے بجائے آگے بڑھنے کا فیصلہ کیا۔ تقریباً دو کلومیٹر تک ندی کے بپھرے ہوئے پانی کو عبور کرنا کوئی معمولی بات نہیں، یہ اس جنون کا ثبوت ہے جو صرف ایک سچے استاد کے سینے میں موجزن ہو سکتا ہے۔ یہ جدوجہد صرف ایک اسکول پہنچنے کی تگ و دو نہیں تھی، بلکہ یہ ان غریب بچوں کے مستقبل کو بچانے کی ایک پکار تھی جو علم کی روشنی کے منتظر ہیں۔_*
*_​ایک طرف وہ کالی بھیڑیں ہیں جو "گھوسٹ ٹیچرز" کہلاتی ہیں اور قوم کی جڑوں کو کھوکھلا کر رہی ہیں، اور دوسری طرف اورنگزیب صاحب کا یہ عمل ہمیں بتاتا ہے کہ ضمیر ابھی زندہ ہے۔ ایسے ہی اساتذہ کسی بھی قوم کا اصل اثاثہ ہوتے ہیں جو مشکل حالات میں بہانے تراشنے کے بجائے راستے بناتے ہیں۔_*
*_​ہیومن رائٹس یوتھ آرگنائزیشن (HRYO) کا یہ فیصلہ نہایت خوش آئند ہے کہ انہوں نے اس عظیم استاد کی خدمات کا اعتراف کرتے ہوئے انہیں "تعریفی اسناد" دینے کا اعلان کیا ہے۔ ایسے حوصلہ مند افراد کی حوصلہ افزائی کرنا دراصل معاشرے میں خیر کے پہلو کو زندہ رکھنا ہے۔_*
*_​استاد اورنگزیب کو سلام پیش کرنا صرف ایک رسم نہیں، بلکہ ان تمام مخلص اساتذہ کی قدر دانی ہے جو خاموشی سے قوم کی معمار سازی میں مصروف ہیں۔_*
*_ہمیں امید ہے کہ محکمہ تعلیم اور حکومتِ وقت بھی ایسے ہیروز کی حوصلہ افزائی کرے گی تاکہ فرض شناسی کا یہ جذبہ دوسروں کے لیے بھی مشعلِ راہ بنے۔_*

The Recent Cowardly Attack on Polio Team in Tangi, Bajaur: A Testament to Bravery and Sacrifice

The recent attack on the polio team in Tangi, Bajaur, is not only a testament to the brutality of the enemies of humanity but also a story of bravery and sacrifice that deserves to be written in golden letters in the annals of history. In this incident, while a police officer laid down his life in the line of duty, a civilian, Fazal Hayyan, son of Gajar Khan, set an example of courage that is rare to find in today's era.

According to investigations by the Human Rights Youth Organization Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Fazal Hayyan was present at the scene when terrorists opened fire on the polio team and the security personnel. As a civilian, he could have saved himself and left the scene, but his sense of patriotism and non-violence did not allow him to remain a silent spectator.

When a police officer was injured in the firing, Fazal Hayyan bravely overpowered the terrorist, risking his own life to prevent further harm to innocent lives. In the ensuing struggle, the terrorist's armed accomplice fired at Fazal Hayyan, who succumbed to his injuries and became a martyr.

Fazal Hayyan's sacrifice is a testament to the fact that the war against terrorism is not just the responsibility of the uniformed personnel, but of every son and daughter of this land. This young man, unarmed and alone, confronted the armed terrorist and proved that the Pakistani nation cannot be intimidated.

It is unfortunate that this great sacrifice has not received the official recognition it deserves.

The Human Rights Youth Organization Khyber Pakhtunkhwa demands that the Government of Pakistan, the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and the Inspector General of Police officially recognize Fazal Hayyan's martyrdom and confer upon him the status of a national hero.

We demand that he be awarded the Civil Military Medal (Tamga-e-Shujaat) posthumously in recognition of his bravery.

The family of the martyr should be immediately announced the Shahid Package, and the state should take responsibility for their financial and social welfare.

A memorial or monument should be erected in Tangi, Bajaur, to commemorate Fazal Hayyan's bravery, so that future generations can learn from his sacrifice.

Fazal Hayyan and others like him are our assets. If the state does not recognize and appreciate these unsung heroes, the spirit of sacrifice and altruism in society may dwindle. It is time for the government to rectify this oversight and give Fazal Hayyan's blood the recognition it deserves.

HRYO's General Secretary, Wajid Iqbal, visited Salarzai, Bajaur, where he met with the families of those who lost their lives in the floods and offered his heartfelt condolences.

He urged the administration to provide immediate relief to the affected individuals, ensuring their suffering is alleviated. Wajid Iqbal assured that HRYO will do its best to support the victims in this difficult time.

The peace in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is once again at stake. For the past 20 years, the region has been plagued by violence, bombings, and enforced disappearances. Despite military operations, the situation remains volatile, and the people of this region are yearning for peace.

The Human Rights Youth Organization fully supports the Pashtun Peace Pasawan March, which is a constitutional and democratic right of every Pakistani to demand peace. The people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are justified in exercising this right.

The launch of the peace march in Khyber Bara is a testament to the fact that the Pashtun nation is no longer willing to tolerate war and unrest. This march is not just a protest but a reflection of the aspirations and desires of the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

*Brave Act by HRYO Leader*

We're proud to share a heroic act by our Vice President, Syed Wali, who foiled a mobile snatching incident on GT Road Peshawar! Two motorcyclists snatched a mobile phone from a mother-daughter duo in a rickshaw, but Syed Wali chased them down in his car and apprehended the culprits red-handed!

Without hesitation, Syed Wali risked his own life to catch the snatchers and recovered the stolen mobile phone. He then handed over the culprits and the phone to the police.

This act of bravery has been widely appreciated by citizens, and it's a shining example of how individuals can make a difference in combating rising crimes in our society. Syed Wali's timely intervention not only returned the stolen phone to its rightful owners but also brought the perpetrators to justice.

Kudos to Syed Wali for his courageous act!

*Condemnable Incident: Transgender Person Murdered in Dargai,
We strongly condemn the recent murder of a transgender person, Shahab alias Wafa from Taro Jabba, in Dargai. According to reports, Wafa was shot dead by armed individuals when they tried to kidnap them after attending a wedding ceremony.

- Wafa, 28, was shot in the head with a Kalashnikov rifle.
- The driver, Naveed, was severely injured in the incident.
- Police have registered a case against the named suspects, including Shawkat, and unknown individuals.

Human Rights Youth Organization strongly condemns this incident and expresses deep sorrow over the loss of life. We demand justice for Wafa and their family.
