Justice for Burhan uddin | Human Rights Youth Organization (HRYO)
​The Human Rights Youth Organization (HRYO) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa extends its deepest and most heartfelt condolences to Dr. Ghulam Farooq—Bajaur’s pioneering cardiologist—on the tragic and brutal martyring of his beloved son, Burhanullah, in Tehsil Mamund, Bajaur.
​Dr. Ghulam Farooq has spent his lifetime saving lives and serving the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Today, our organization and the entire community stand in complete solidarity with him and his family during this hour of immense pain and grief. No parent should ever have to bear the tragic loss of their child to targeted violence.
​We strongly and unequivocally condemn this heinous, cowardly, and barbaric act of violence.
​Our Demands to Law Enforcement & Administration:
​Immediately Arrest: Local authorities and law enforcement agencies must take swift, decisive action to track down and arrest every perpetrator involved in this HumanRights
lary Prosecution: The culprits must face strict, full-scale legal prosecution and maximum punishment under the law to uphold justice and deter future acts of violence.
​Restoration of Law & Order: Concrete safety measures and concrete security protocols must be immediately implemented to protect citizens and restore peace across Bajaur.
​May Allah Almighty elevate the ranks of Martyr BurhImmediately, grant him the highest place in Jannah-tul-Firdaus, and bestow strength and fortitude (Sabr-e-Jameel) upon Dr. Ghulam Farooq and his entire family.

Aziz-ur-Rehman, a dedicated volunteer of the Human Rights Youth Organization (HRYO) Bajaur, successfully conducted a human rights awareness campaign across various locations in Bajaur.

During the campaign, awareness booklets provided by the Human Rights Youth Organization were distributed to the public, educating citizens on fundamental human rights and key legal frameworks.

STRONG CONDEMNATION OF THE BRUTAL ASSAULT AND MURDER OF INNOCENT AYAT NOOR
​The Human Rights Youth Organization (HRYO) strongly condemns the heinous sexual assault and brutal murder of innocent Ayat Noor in Haripur, calling it a horrific violation of child rights and a gross failure of human protection. The organization expresses deep grief and profound anger over this barbaric act, which has shaken the conscience of the entire nation. HRYO emphasizes that ensuring safety for our children and delivering swift, exemplary justice is the fundamental, non-negotiable responsibility of the state. The rising tide of violence against women and children is a systemic issue that must be addressed at its roots. We urgently appeal to the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and all relevant law enforcement authorities to ensure immediate, decisive action. We demand the fast-track legal prosecution of all arrested suspects and a guarantee that they receive the maximum possible punishment under the law. Justice for Ayat Noor must be served without delay to set a stern, unambiguous precedent for the future.

(An Initiative by Human Rights Youth Organization - HRYO)
​سلام مسنون!
​ہیومن رائٹس یوتھ آرگنائزیشن (HRYO) نے پورے پاکستان سے گمشدہ اور لاپتہ افراد کی بازیابی اور تلاش کے لیے ایک باقاعدہ اور منظم جدوجہد کا آغاز کر دیا ہے۔
​اس سلسلے میں گزشتہ ایک ماہ سے کراچی، ملتان اور دیگر مختلف شہروں میں متعلقہ اعلیٰ حکام اور افسران سے کامیاب بات چیت اور ملاقاتیں کی گئی ہیں۔ ان تمام کاوشوں کو عملی شکل دینے کے لیے "Operation Homecoming: Pakistan" کے نام سے ایک خاص واٹس ایپ گروپ قائم کر دیا گیا ہے۔
​🌟 اس مشن کا حصہ بنیں:
​اس واٹس ایپ گروپ میں شامل ہونے والا ہر فرد اس اہم انسانی اور فلاحی آپریشن کا حصہ ہوگا۔ آپ کا ایک شیئر کسی کے بچھڑے ہوئے پیارے کو اس کے گھر پہنچا سکتا ہے۔

​صرف گمشدہ افراد کا ڈیٹا: اس گروپ میں گمشدہ/لاپتہ افراد کی معلومات کے علاوہ مزید کوئی غیر متعلقہ میسج، ویڈیو یا لنک شیئر کرنے کی سخت ممانعت ہے۔
​تصدیقی رپورٹ لازمی: کسی بھی شخص کی گمشدگی کی اطلاع دیتے وقت اس متعلقہ شخص کی پولیس رپورٹ (FIR) یا ایف آئی اے/متعلقہ ادارے کی تصدیقی رپورٹ منسلک کرنا لازمی ہوگی تاکہ صرف درست معلومات آگے بڑھائی جا سکیں۔

*_کوئٹہ کے سرکاری ہسپتال میں ایک لیڈی ڈاکٹر کے چہرے پر تیزاب پھینکنے کا حالیہ لرزہ خیز واقعہ محض ایک جرم نہیں، بلکہ ہمارے معاشرے کے گرتے ہوئے اخلاقی رویوں کا آئینہ دار ہے۔ اگرچہ قانون نے ملزم کو اس کے انجام تک پہنچا دیا، لیکن اس واقعے نے ہسپتالوں میں فرائض سرانجام دینے والے سینکڑوں ڈاکٹرز کے تحفظ پر کئی سوالات کھڑے کر دیے ہیں۔ انتہائی افسوس کے ساتھ کہنا پڑتا ہے کہ ہمارے معاشرے میں ڈاکٹرز پر تشدد، ان کا قتل اور انہیں ہراساں کرنا اب ایک معمول بنتا جا رہا ہے، جس کی جتنی بھی مذمت کی جائے وہ کم ہے۔_*
*_​ایک طرف ہمارے ڈاکٹرز دن رات ہسپتالوں میں ڈیوٹی کرنے، وسائل کی کمی اور مریضوں کے بے پناہ دباؤ کے باعث شدید ذہنی تناؤ کا شکار ہیں، تو دوسری طرف سوشل میڈیا کے اس دور میں ان کی تذلیل کا ایک نیا دستور چل پڑا ہے۔ میٹرک پاس مبینہ صحافی ہاتھ میں موبائل فون لے کر ہسپتالوں میں گھس جاتے ہیں اور بغیر کسی تحقیق یا پس منظر کو جانے، صرف چند ویوز کی خاطر مسیحاؤں کی تذلیل شروع کر دیتے ہیں۔ گزشتہ ہفتے پنجاب کے ایک ہسپتال میں پیش آنے والا واقعہ اس کی بدترین مثال ہے، جہاں ایک ڈاکٹر ایک ذہنی مریضہ کا علاج کر رہا تھا، لیکن اس کی ایک مختصر اور ادھوری ویڈیو بنا کر سوشل میڈیا پر وائرل کر دی گئی اور اس مخلص ڈاکٹر کی بدترین کردار کشی کی گئی۔_*
*_​ایسے لاتعداد کیسز روزانہ سامنے آ رہے ہیں جن کی بنیادی وجوہات اور حقائق جانے بغیر ڈاکٹرز کو عوامی غیظ و غضب کا نشانہ بنا دیا جاتا ہے۔ ہمیں یہ سمجھنا ہوگا کہ ڈاکٹرز بھی انسان ہیں، وہ کوئی جادوگر نہیں جو ہر مریض کو چند سیکنڈز میں ٹھیک کر دیں۔ وہ شدید ذہنی دباؤ کے باوجود انسانی جانیں بچانے کی جنگ لڑ رہے ہوتے ہیں، اور ایسے میں ان کے ساتھ یہ سلوک سراسر ناانصافی اور انسانی حقوق کی سنگین خلاف ورزی ہے۔_*
*_​ہیومن رائٹس یوتھ آرگنائزیشن حکومتِ وقت، قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں اور اربابِ اختیار سے پرزور مطالبہ کرتی ہے کہ ہسپتالوں میں ڈاکٹرز کو فول پروف تحفظ فراہم کیا جائے۔ فرائضِ منصبی کے دوران ڈاکٹرز پر ہاتھ اٹھانے، انہیں ہراساں کرنے یا بلیک میلنگ کے ذریعے ان کی کردار کشی کرنے والے عناصر کے خلاف سخت ترین قانونی کارروائی عمل میں لائی جائے۔ اگر آج ہم نے اپنے مسیحاؤں کو تحفظ نہ دیا، تو کل ہمارا پورا صحت کا نظام مفلوج ہو جائے گا۔ خدارا! ڈاکٹرز کو تحفظ فراہم کریں تاکہ وہ بلا خوف و خطر انسانیت کی خدمت کر سکیں۔_*

Demand for Justice and the Protection of Human Dignity in the Siraj Mahsud Case
​The Human Rights Youth Organization (HRYO) expresses its grave concern over the tragic killing of Siraj Mahsud, a young man from the tribal districts, and the subsequent high-handedness displayed by the law enforcement agencies. The Jirga held in Tarnol reflects the growing unrest among citizens regarding the denial of basic rights.
​Our Urgent Demands:
​Immediate Release of Women: The arrest of female family members by the Punjab Police is a blatant violation of fundamental human rights and the sanctity of the home ("Chador and Chardiwari"). Detaining innocent women as a pressure tactic is legally and morally indefensible. They must be released immediately.
​Respect for the Deceased: Obstructing the handover of Siraj Mahsud’s body from the hospital to his family is an inhumane act. Every family has the fundamental right to grieve and bury their loved ones with dignity.
​Transparent Inquiry: We urge the Islamabad Police and Punjab Police to ensure a transparent, impartial, and high-level inquiry into the entire chain of events. Justice must be served without bias, and the rule of law must prevail over retaliatory actions.
​Solidarity with Civil Leadership: We acknowledge the presence of Ismat Raza Shahjahan and other respected leaders at the protest. HRYO stands with the demand that the state must treat all citizens equally, regardless of their ethnic background.
​Delay in justice is a denial of justice. We call upon the relevant authorities to shift from punitive measures to a fair legal process that ensures the safety and dignity of the victim's family.

بچے کسی بھی قوم کا مستقبل ہوتے ہیں، لیکن آج ہمارا مستقبل ایک ایسے خاموش زہر کی زد میں ہے جو نظر تو نہیں آتا مگر نسلوں کو معذور بنا رہا ہے۔ حالیہ طبی رپورٹس اور انسانی حقوق کے جائزوں کے مطابق، بچوں کے خون میں سیسے (Lead) کی بڑھتی ہوئی مقدار ایک سنگین انسانی حقوق کا مسئلہ بن چکی ہے۔ سیسہ ایک ایسی دھات ہے جو جسم میں داخل ہونے کے بعد اعصابی نظام، دماغ اور گردوں کو بری طرح متاثر کرتی ہے۔ چھوٹے بچوں کے لیے یہ خاص طور پر خطرناک ہے کیونکہ ان کے بڑھتے ہوئے جسم اور دماغ اس زہر کو بڑوں کے مقابلے میں زیادہ تیزی سے جذب کرتے ہیں، جس سے ان کی سیکھنے کی صلاحیت کم ہو جاتی ہے اور وہ عمر بھر کے لیے ذہنی یا جسمانی معذوری کا شکار ہو سکتے ہیں۔
​ہمارے ماحول میں سیسہ مختلف صورتوں میں موجود ہے، جن میں گھروں اور کھلونوں میں استعمال ہونے والا ناقص پینٹ، پرانی پائپ لائنوں سے آنے والا آلودہ پانی، اور گنجان آباد علاقوں میں بیٹریوں کی غیر محفوظ ری سائیکلنگ سرِفہرست ہیں۔ ان ذرائع سے پھیلنے والی آلودگی نہ صرف بچوں کی جسمانی نشوونما روکتی ہے بلکہ ان کے رویوں میں چڑچڑاپن اور خون کی شدید کمی کا باعث بھی بنتی ہے۔ یہ صورتحال اس لیے بھی تشویشناک ہے کہ اکثر والدین اس پوشیدہ خطرے سے بالکل لاعلم ہیں۔
​ہیومن رائٹس یوتھ آرگنائزیشن (HRYO) انسانی حقوق کی پاسداری کرتے ہوئے حکومت اور متعلقہ اداروں سے مطالبہ کرتی ہے کہ پینٹ اور کھلونوں کی تیاری میں سیسے کے استعمال پر فوری پابندی لگائی جائے اور عالمی معیار کے قوانین نافذ کیے جائیں۔ ساتھ ہی سرکاری ہسپتالوں میں بچوں کے خون کی اسکریننگ کے لیے مفت ٹیسٹ کی سہولت فراہم کی جائے اور صنعتی فضلے کو ٹھکانے لگانے کے لیے سخت ضابطہ اخلاق بنایا جائے۔ ایک ذمہ دار معاشرے کے طور پر ہمیں یہ سمجھنا ہوگا کہ سیسے کی آلودگی صرف ایک طبی مسئلہ نہیں بلکہ بچوں کے "حقِ صحت" کی کھلی خلاف ورزی ہے۔ اس کی سب سے زیادہ کیس ہری پور حطار میں انڈسٹریز ایریا کے آس پاس آبادی میں دیکھے گئے ہیں جس کی آلودگی ماحول کو اور خصوصاََ بچوں کی صحت کو متاثر کر رہی ہے
