The head office of the organization was founded at the residence of Late Alhaj Abdul Hafeez Salib. Training centres for cutting, sewing and other skilled training for Widows and Orphans were established. With the cooperation of TVO a two year project as “Self-Employment Scheme for Women” was launched. Under this project, women were trained to sew and various exhibitions in different locations were done to appreciate and encourage the work of these women. Besides Muzaffarabad in other rural areas skilled and craft centres were established. Established an exemplary craft centre in the village of Phutian. Established a primary school in Khun Bandi providing free education to kids. Eastablished and English medium school by the name of “Qandeel Model Public School” in Phutian in year 2002. The school was affected by the 2008 Earthquake but the school kept operating in tents. Recently the new school building has been inagurated. All institutions, including the head office building collapsed and were destroyed in the 2008 earthquake. Organisation records, furniture, machinery and many important items were completely destroyed. But with the grace of God even facing these difficulties the organization has continued it’s work towards it’s goals and mission and it has made us even stronger and gave us more will to achieve our goals.
تنظیم کا دفتر سرپرست اعلی الحاج عبدالحفیظ سالب (مرحوم) کی رہائش گاہ میں قائم کیا گیا۔
تمام ضرورت مند و بیوہ خواتین اور یتیم بچیوں کو کٹنگ سلائی کڑھائی اور دیگر کاموں کی ٹریننگ دینے کے لیے ہنرمند سینٹرز قائم کیے گئے۔
ٹی وی او کے تعاون سے ایک دو سالہ منصوبہ "خود روزگار سکیم برائے خواتین " کے نام سے شروع کیا گیا،اس منصوبے کے تحت خواتین کو سلائی کڑھائی کی ٹریننگ دی گئی اور مختلف جگہوں پر صنعتی نمائشیں لگائی گئیں۔جسمیں خواتین کے کام کو سراہا گیا،اسطرح ان کی حوصلہ افزائی ہوئی۔
مظفرآباد ،شہر کے علاوہ مختلف دیہی علاقوں میں جیسا کہ کرولی ،کھن بانڈی اور پوٹھیاں میں ہنرمنر دستکاری سنٹرز قائم کیے گئے۔جن میں امتحانات بھی لیے جاتے رہےتاکہ خواتین مہارت حاصل کر کے احسن طریقے سے اپنا کام سرانجام دے سکیں۔ پوٹھیاں گاوں میں دستکاری سنٹر تنطیم کے مثالی سنٹرز میں سے ایک رہا۔
کھن بانڈی میں ایک پرائمری سکول قائم کیا ۔ جس میں بہت سے بچوں کو مفت تعلیم فراہم کی گئی۔بعدازاں سکول کو وہاں کے مقامی لوگوں کے زیر انتظام دیا۔
اس کے علاوہ پوٹھیاں میں "قندیل ماڈل پبلک سکول " کے نام سے ایک انگلش میڈیم سکول 2002 میں قائم کیا۔ 8اکتوبر 2005 میں سکول کو جانی اور مالی نقصان ہوا لیکن اس کے بعد بھی خیموں میں تعلیم دی جاتی رہی۔ حال ہی میں سکول کی نئی عمارت کا افتتاح ہو۔
زلزلہ میں ہیڈ آفس سمیت تمام اداروں کی عمارات زمین بوس ہو گئیں ۔ اداروں کا فرنیچر ریکارڈ اور بہت سی اہم اشیا مکمل طور پر تباہ ہو گئیں ۔
ان تمام مشکلات کے باوجور بھی تنظیم اللہ کے فضل و کرم سے اپنے مقصد کی راہ پرگامزن ہے..........................................................................
