ain causes and Factors of high dropout at primary level in Pakistan revealed ,from expensive education, teacher’s harsh behavior, lack of parents’ interest, difficult syllabus, Poor health, poverty, non-availability of facilities . It has one of the highest school dropout rates in the world. Government of Pakistan is striving hard to improve this alarming situation regarding the high dropouts and repetitions of pupils at primary level. High dropout is adding illiterates to the society. The magnitude of educational wastage in the form of dropout at primary level has been a matter of serious concern to the decision-makers and planners. There is no better moment to realize education’s role in helping households escape poverty than today. To unlock the wider benefits of education so that it can play its full part in helping the Pakistan achieve poverty eradication, all children need the chance to complete not only primary school but also higher Education as well. Children are entitled to a free, quality basic education. Recognizing this entitlement, world leaders made the achievement of universal primary education by the year 2015 one of the Millennium Development Goals. In 2004, this goal appears to be out of reach for many poor countries. School attendance, especially for girls, is far from universal, and many children drop out of school before completing their primary education. Many children who do attend school receive an inadequate education because of their poorly condition, overcrowded classrooms, and a lack of basic teaching tools such as textbooks, blackboards, pens and paper. Social Integration for Human Development aiming and working to improve the quality of education& meaningful engagement of civil society in the socio-economic and democratic development in Pakistan and supports the UN Millennium Development Goals (MDG) to Provide financial assistance to poor and meritorious students.
